During the first call ther was a miss communication with the scheduller about wood being needed around the windows. I did not know what she meant because of course she was talking to a home owner not a professional window tech. I said yes to the wood because that what was already there not knowing about replacement windows. After putting me on hold, I was told they could not help me and to go somewhere else. (Not helpful at all) I then called clarified with my city planning dept. that wood was not needed around my windows and that the windows Anderson would be fine. I attempted to call Renewal by Anderson back to try to schedule an estimate but when I called the cleveland number I was transferred to someone in Minnasota. They did not know anything about the city I lived in or the problem I was trying to explain. I asked why I was speaking with someone in Minnasota when I called a cleveland number and she did no know. So, I was then tranferred to a cleveland number. When reaching someone in cleveleand, I was again transferrd to a scheduller for an appointment, each time stating the whole problem and details over and over again. When I did reach someone to make an appointment she asked for all the people in the house to be present. I am the only one who lives and owns the house but I told the girl that my mother may be there with me for moral support. She then proceded to ask too much personal information but my mom who by the way dosen't live in the home. After multiple questions, the appointment was scheduled for a Sunday. This call was made on Wednesday. So, ok good response time for an appointment. However, the company called me again at work on Friday to confirm the appointment for Sunday and again asked about my mother being at the appointment. I told them that she would not be there after all. They would not come out to the appointment because my mom could not be there and wanted to reschedule. Did I mention that my mother does not live or own the home !!! I then cancelled the appointment right there and then with extreme frustration in dealing with this company. They then continued to call my cell and home leaving messages to call for an appointment. They did not get I cancelled the appointment. I will not ever call or recommed this company to anyone ever again.
