Re-Bath

I was very pleased with the all aspects of job.

They did a good job. They did a wonderful job. We are very happy with what they did. It held up wonderfully. They had to come out one time and it wasn't their fault at all. They put up the cock with the panels, the cock started turning like orange in color. That was a problem with the manufacturer. So they came out and redid all that. We haven't had a problem since then. I guess the manufacturer had something wrong with it because it was reacting to the air and turning orange in color. So it wasn't their fault really and they did correct it. We looked on Angie's list and they had good ratings. That's one of the reasons we went with them. They came out and gave us the estimate. We went to their showroom to see the different panel options available. They had varieties and it's also very low maintenance. We just have to clean the panels and shower walls, and it looks beautiful. It looks like a marble finish with the tile. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

It went very well. The salesman was professional and prompt. We received samples of the product and all questions were answered completely. We received a fully itemized estimate. Since we had an estimate from the prior year, the price differences were explained, also. The installer was prompt and courteous. He worked quietly and quickly. The installation quality was good and as expected. The installer laid down tarps to protect the flooring and rugs. He cleaned up well after completing the job, including sweeping the garage floor where he had cut the panels and drywall. Our installation took approximately 7 hours from arrival to departure. Price-wise, I found Rebath to be competitive with similar competitors for this type of renovation. After 3 months of usage, we have found no issues.

The work turned out very good. We got multiple quotes on it, and compared to other contractors, we liked their price. They came in and measured one day, and six weeks later, they came back with it; the work was done in about half a day. We liked the lifetime warranty on the tub surround that came with it. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

He destroyed out toilet and seat when I wanted to save the special seat that I had paid $100 for. He broke it without asking if I wanted to save it. He was all alone and that was a lot of work for one person. He was short and the shower unit was very tall to the ceiling. He struggled a lot by himself. In the end it looked gorgeous but the caulking around the outside and the toilet were horrible messy looking. I had to redo them by someone else. He complained a lot and was very defensive when I told him about destroying a $100 toilet seat. So it looks great but I don't think he was professional. We have used this company before and they covered a tub and were fantastic, fast and efficient. Obviously a different person and it was a couple of years before.

The salesman came out to see us and was a bit too pushy for my liking (scare tactics and a guilt trip for not signing a contract right then and there were included in his visit)...also while we kept bringing up that we wanted more than just the bath/shower done, our quote only included the bath/shower. The quote was also WAY higher than I expected it would be for just a bath/shower liner.

This company is fine. They did a nice job. The installer was very nice and pleasant. He answered all of my questions and did a great job. I do not have any complaints about this company!

I didn’t have the work done by them and I was disappointed with them. They delivered the wrong liner. We sent it back and they refunded my money. They were fair in what they were charging. They didn’t do the work that was required. I would not use their services in the future.

They removed a bathtub, did the walls with new lining, put in a new shower door and shower floor. It was a conversion from a bathtub to a shower. The experience was very good. They were good and professional. They did everything on time and answered all the questions. We will use them in the future.

I was very impressed with the gentleman who showed up. He was easy to talk to and informative. He was very knowledgeable. It was just an overall great experience.

It went great, the seat for in the shower was delivered broken, the installer called the shop and one of the bosses arrived with a new one a short time later. The whole job was done in one day.

The person giving us the estimate was prompt and courteous, gave us all our options and explained all the differences between them. The installers arrived promptly laid down tarps to protect our carpeting as they carried tools and materials in and out and began the demolition immediately. Given the scope of work to be completed, we didn't really expect that they would be able to finish in the promised one day however they did. Start time was about 7:30 AM and they finished about 4:30 PM. The shower pan and enclosure installation was very professionally handled and the installers even extended the enclosure material further into the bathroom than was in the original scope of work free of charge because it looked nicer than ending it where originally planned. The installer was friendly and courteous, asked our preferences for the height of the enclosure gave us options on how the back wall was laid out and made sure that we would be happy with the finished installation. He cleaned up well after himself and thanked us for our hospitality. The plumbing work was neatly done, and the installer checked the plumbing carefully for leaks before leaving. Overall the job was completely professionally done and a pleasant experience.

They were very thorough. They know their business very well. They were very responsive and professional.

Tom came on the scheduled date, right on time. He is a hard worker, courteous, very personable. He asked for our preferances when installing the shower shelves, grab bar and hand held shower head. He gave us tips on cleaning the new installments. To get the job done in one day, Tom worked for eight hours and cleaned up each room as he finished it. A part of the vanity was not packed that day. Tom had the part installed within the week. We were very pleased with the whole experience. All the people that we talked with were very pleasant to work with. A good company with a good work ethic.

I have had that liner for about 10 years and they came out and did whatever they needed to do to correct it for no charge. I liked the way they handled themselves professionally and also liked that they stood behind their product for all these years. I have had them out for another occasion for another problem. They came out immediately and took care of it, no questions and no charges.

I thought that they did an excellent job and my only complaint was that the salesman kept trying to sell when he already made a sale. They showed us different designs of their product that we can put in and we made choices. They did the measuring and we chose the hardware we wanted for within the shower. They told us approximately how long it would take make the mould and that they would call us when everything was in and they did. They came out on the designated day at a designated time and put it in a day as their advertisement says. The gentleman that did the installation did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves and we were very satisfied. We had to call them out because some of the caulking started pulling loose and my complaint with them was to get someone to come back out. It turned out to be a hassle and I ended up writing a letter to the president because no one called me back. They immediately called me back and even the president called me back and everything has been fine since. I thought their prices were on the higher side.

I had requested an estimate from an abrasive Bath Fitter saleswoman June 3, 2009: $8,451, to update my shower. A very nice professional All Custom Re-Bath salesman provided an estimate of $5,125.50 on June 11, 2009 for the same work. He provided warranty information and advised it would be 6 - 8 weeks before the work would be done. I ordered everything I had wanted except some shower doors he said wouldn't work in my bathroom: walls, base, ceiling, shower doors, seat, regular and hand held shower, shower "tower" (shelves), and 2 grab bars. After 8 weeks I called to find out what was causing the delay. The receptionist apologized, said that someone should have gotten back to me, and found out that the shower doors and seat would take an additional week. When they came in, the installer called and I got the appointment for the day I wanted. I would recommend All Custome Re-Bath and if I decide to have my bathtub upgraded, that's who I'll call.

I had Re-Bath put in a tub liner five years ago. (Not on the walls, though.) This year the tiles deteriorated and water managed to get in between the tub and the liner. (NOT the fault of Re-Bath.) Even though the work was done by them five years ago, when I asked about how to get the water out they said they'd do it at NO CHARGE. Today Lenny came out at exactly the time promised and in 15 minutes took care of the problem. He re-calked the drain and cleaned up after the job. I was very pleased that they would take the time to do the job and not charge me, even though that work wasn't covered in the warranty, since it was a tile problem and not a liner problem. Thanks!

It went well. They measured, told us when they would be back, and showed up when they said. All work went fine.

This was a very good experience. They were prompt in coming. The salesman was very nice and showed us samples and talked to us about the different tubs that we could have. They came out and took the measurements. It took about six weeks for the tub to be casted. The installation went smoothly.
