Description of Work: They acrylic lined my bath tub and the walls in the bath tub. And I also got all new bathroom fixtures through them.

 + 1 moreSince I had 2 bathrooms I chose two successive Mondays to have the work done. Much to my surprise, only 1 man showed up on my first Monday, promptly at 7 a.m. (I was expecting at least 2 men, possibly 3.) He said more than 1 man trying to work in a small bathroom was counterproductive and then he got right to work. And a lot of work it was, especially in the bathroom that was getting a new tub. (Underneath my hideous pink surround was perfectly nice ceramic tile that also had to be removed, one chunk at a time.) To make a long story short, I had the same installer for both bathrooms, he finished each in a day just as promised and the results were just amazing. He did a beautiful job on both bathrooms. Although I wasn't expecting a flat rate price of $3990, at least I didn't have to worry about any surprises resulting in extra charges so I have absolutely NO regrets. (Note: Along with their new pricing structure they also now offer 12 months same as cash financing.)
Description of Work: Replaced bathtub, surround and all fixtures in one bathroom; installed tub liner and replaced surround and all fixtures in 2nd bathroom. My quoted price was $3,990 per bathroom, regardless of how much labor and/or materials might be required to complete the job. (It turned out they couldn't produce a liner to fit the tub in one of my bathrooms but my price stayed the same even though they had to remove my old tub and replace it with a new one.) Their flat rate includes your choice of five options (e.g., surround with simulated tile, bathtub apron styles, premium fixtures, shower rod, soap tower, grab bar, ceiling piece, etc. etc.). I was under the impression that they would put a new surround on top of my existing surround. That was not the case. They completely remove your existing surround, going right down to the studs and installing new "green board" if necessary. New fixtures also include new pipes and valves. They say they'll get the job done in one day and they did!

Description of Work: Repaired wall that had loose tiles. Put in tub liner and tub surround. Also grab bar and shower tower (4 tiered corner soap dish). Workers arrived right on time. Went to work right away. Every thing was finished by 3:30. Tony was very pleasant and really had the job down pat.

 + -1 moreOriginal installation was done 3/96. 1/03: water under liner was removed by owner himself. 1/07: Service call required a few calls to set up, but once the service manager responded, he completed the work within 2 days. He was on time, friendly, and very professional. The water was quickly removed and the edge re-grouted, free of charge. I was very pleased with his effort. The whole tub looks like new due to his recommendation of a product to refresh the shine.
Description of Work: 1/19/07 - removed water under bathtub lining. Removed and re-grouted seam in all damaged area (1/2 way around tub). No Charge.

 + -1 moreThese people know what they're doing and have a good product, as far as I can determine. Ben Stroh (Sales Representative) was knowledgeable and confident but not pushy and he had a wide array of reasonably-priced options to choose from, including tub and shower fixtures and all the normal accessories. He also made several useful suggestions designed to match our requirements even though they did not result in a higher cost to us. The installer was experienced and efficient and careful to make sure that the many steps involved were properly executed; the job took about 7-1/2 hours to complete, including clean-up, which was professionally done. I was impressed!
Description of Work: Install a tub liner, upgraded fixtures and wall system.

 + -1 moreI'm not sure if this is a good price or not. I have no standard for comparison. There are hardly any companies that do this. One of their claims to fame was that they could finish in a day. But, because my ceilings were too high, they had to come back for a second visit because they didn't have the right materials. The salesman evidently didn't make the proper notation for more materials. Make sure to remind the salesman that he needs to add it to the sales order. They did not charge extra for this.
Description of Work: Put in surround tub in bathroom, grab bar and shower rod. They also had to realign shower head.

 + -1 moreTHE INSTALLER SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID THE WHOLE JOB IN ABOUT SIX HOURS. I HAD THE REST OF THE BATHROOM REMODELED THE WEEK BEFORE AND WAS AMAZED AT HOW WELL THE NEW SYSTEM WAS INTEGRATED INTO IT WITH NO DAMAGE DONE TO THE NEWLY FINISHED WALLS. BEAUTIFUL JOB.

THE COMPANY CALLED A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER AND WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. BOB, THE ESTIMATOR, WAS ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO FIX A LEAK PROBLEM. HE DID DETAILED MEASUREMENTS TO ENSURE PROPER FIT. HE TOLD US THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 6 WEEKS FOR THE LINER TO COME IN FROM THE FACTORY. THE INSTALLER CALLED WITHIN THE 6 WEEK TIMEFRAME TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION. MIKE, THE INSTALLER, WAS ON TIME, POLITE, NEAT AND QUIET WHILE HE WAS WORKING. WHEN HE DID HAVE TO DO SOME POUNDING OR USE SOME EPOXY THAT HAD A VERY STRONG SMELL, HE TOLD ME FIRST. MIKE TOLD ME THE JOB WOULD TAKE ABOUT 8 HOURS, AND HE FINISHED RIGHT ON TIME. MIKE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ABOUT WHEN WE COULD USE THE TUB AND HOW TO CLEAN THE NEW LINER FOR BEST RESULTS.

THEY SAID I SHOULD BE HEARING FROM AN INSTALLER IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS. I WAITED AND THEY HAD NOT CALLED.. I WAITED ABOUT A MONTH TO A MONTH AND A HALF. ONE DAY HE CALLED AND HE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. WE WERE READY ON THE APPOINTMENT DAY, HE CALLED AND CANCELLED. WE RESCHEDULED. I CANCELLED BECAUSE SOMETHING CAME UP. WE RESCHEDULED, HE DID COME. HE WAS NICE AND DID A GOOD JOB. IT WAS THE WAITING THAT WAS HORRIBLE. ON A SIDE NOTE WE HAD A PROBLEM AND THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY ON TIME TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. WE WERE VERY HAPPY. THEY DID EVENTUALLY RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
