Very satisfied with railing

Tony was very polite and professional, explained options (aluminum vs coated steel), we chose aluminum, an upgrade so they will never rust. He delivered them today and they look nice and sturdy.

Tony Pidala was recommended to me by my mason, as I have been wanting to install railings on my front steps (they are rather steep and often get slippery in the winter). Tony came out, gave me an estimate for two solid aluminum railings and said that they would be ready in 4-5 weeks (they are handmade to order). Lo and behold, exactly 5 weeks later, Tony was back to install them. They look beautiful and were well worth every penny. I'd certainly recommend him to anyone needing ornamental iron work done.

Tony was very professional. He came out and gave me an estimate which I agreed to. He had the railings made up and brought them out and installed them with no problems at all (2 railing for the front and 1 for the back door0. Great job. Very easy to deal with.

Tony was on-time for all appointments. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made good suggestions for railing material, style, and color. His estimate included options to match the railings inside the house. The hand rail and 2 railings were installed in under 20 minutes using stainless steel hardware. Most importantly - they are sturdy and look great!

The work was done in a timely manner. The old railings were removed from the premises. The new railings were installed in time for the cold weather.

 Excellent service and the new railing is beautiful, very attractive and solid.  We visited Tony's shop and were very impressed, excellent workmanship. Very pleasant to work with,  this was a small job but he gave it as much attention as he would a much larger job.

Tony was polite, generous, knowledgeable and so kind.  The order came in one week after his original estimated time due to the company being so busy.  I understand why.  Their pricing was great, the product was amazing.  The railing looks awesome.  I had other estimates and they all were higher than I expected but I had never installed a railing of this type before.  Tony was not the lowest but his business professionalism was the best.  I purchased from tony because his customer service was outstanding.

Prompt response to my request for an estimate.  Mr. Pidala was polite and professional.  He brought samples with him and offered suggestions.  Cost was quite reasonable.  His projected date for completion was very accurate and his work was impeccable.

It took awhile for Mr. Pidala to respond because he's a one-man operation and had been given an A on Angie's List.  When he did he was pleasant and professional.  He had a variety of types and looks of metal railings to show me.  I picked the one I liked , he measured and I paid one third down.  It took a little less the a month for him to come back with the finished railings.  He installed them in less than half and hour.   They are sleek and sturdy and look great.  He also took away and disposed of the old railings.

He had a family emergency and didn't get back to me, I recontacted him. He was excellent in providing a beautiful rail and did deliver on a timely basis. Just did not feel my business was appreciated. Was honest and up front.

Professional friendly service.

He was very efficient, gave me a solid estimate, he was punctual, and his price was lower than the other two contractors I consulted. I felt comfortable with him and felt the others tried to up-sell me.
