"(Member name removed) wrote his review before calling our office to say he had a problem. As soon as we were made aware that he was not satisfied with the service he received, we set up a return appointment to redo the work he was unhappy with. We sent another crew out to do the blinds again { which by (member name removed) admission hadn't been cleaned in quite some time } and redo any other work he was unhappy with. That is how are business is run and why we have consistent A ratings. If there is a problem with something we did, if you give us a chance to fix it, we do."

Having been laid up with a cancer diagnosis for 6 months, my home needed a serious deep cleaning. I called and hired Mighty Maids based on the supposedly "A" rating at Angie's List. DON'T BE FOOLED!!!! Two women showed up at the scheduled time, their only redeeming quality. After 45 minutes and checking on their progress I approached the women. I asked if they had completed the upstairs of our home and they replied "Yes". I very kindly pointed out that the blinds were not dusted, the doors and trim were not wiped down, the vanity in the main bathroom was filthy, and the ceiling fans were not clean. I told them that time and money were NOT an issue, I just wanted the job done properly. I didn't care if they took 6 hours or 2 - as long as the job was done. They were only interested in speed racing through their "job" and our home, even after pointing out the areas they had missed. They ended up "dusting"
the ceiling fan...... all other areas mentioned stayed the same ---- not cleaned. We live in a 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath house. The half bathroom was entirely missed, ???????????? HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? after the two women told me that they were done. By this point I just wanted them out of my home. I was seriously disappointed. Merry Maids did not vacuum underneath the cushions of furniture as advertised. Any object within a 2 foot stretch will NOT be dusted. Be sure to move every object in your home because if they have to move ANYTHING, the underlying surface will not be cleaned. Their "own cleaning supplies" were sorely lacking, I wish they had used mine. They showed up with a filthy dirty Dirt Devil and dirty rags. Most telling, as they were leaving, one of the women said, "I wish I could come home to a house this clean, mine is filthy." Unreal......... This company is a disgrace!!!! Do not waste your money on Mighty Maids. My 10 year old could have done better and would have charged less.Diane Diamond
"I am very sorry that this customer was so unhappy with the work that was done in her home. I tried to contact her immediatly after seeing a message on Monday morning, I spoke with a gentleman at this residence who said he would have her call when she returned, so I could discuss sending a different crew out to redo the cleaning, which is our policy, if anyone is not satisfied with the work that has been done. As of today, I still have not heard back from the customer and will try again to reach her to see what we can do to make things right ffor her Joyce, Mighty Maids, office manager"
