Will not use again, as they are hour and half from the house.
AL had responsibility here, I was charged a 60.00 fee of which I was not aware prior to committment.
And... (my fault) I didn't have a clue that the cost would be more than the 90.00, that was advertised.
I don't fault the company as much as I fault AL; perhaps there was something I just didn't read and should have.
Really upset when I learned the cost was 218 not 90, and that 60 was for the service call. Yes, they deducted 90.
So I was credited with 90, (paid 40 for that), and had to pay the difference of 118. Total cost 158.00 for a 40.00 fixture to be installed I purposefully bought on sale.
For this reason I won't be using the 200 electrical deals, I'm fixing my own lights in the kitchen .
AL needs to HELP the customer, not just be a routing service for vendors.
