The crew, Randy, Jim, Yankee, and Jason, that helped me pack and move were fantastic. They were efficient with getting all of it done. They were all respectful of my belongings as well as my time. The gentleman had an open line of communication with me regarding things about my belongings, taking a lunch, etc. It was a good experience using Leaders Moving & Storage Co. Thank you

The two men who completed the move for us were hard working and very nice. That was back-breaking work and we only hope that they get the lion's share of the money that we paid. They truly deserve it!

Leaders Moving & Storage was amazing and I highly recommend them for any moving needs. They managed my in-state move and presented a fair/accurate estimate. The move team was professional, timely and very careful with my items. The estimate was based on number of items to be moved versus time spent moving, which is very useful in determining total cost. Leaders offers a unique box buy-back program that really helps manage the costs. Thank you Leaders!

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy this was. I moved from a temporary duplex, emptied a 10x10 storage unit and had everything in my new home within 3.5 hours. Scooter and Mike were fantastic and took such good care of my property. I can't say anything negative about the experience at all. Very pleased.

Overall it went really well. The upfront booking was transparent and simplistic. I like that they guarantee the cost and charge per item, rather than charging hourly. The movers were friendly and efficient. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the movers were a little rough with some of the items. There were numerous instances of items banging into walls and doors. I know that this is unavoidable at times, but it seemed liked it was happening at a very high rate

Scheduled this group to move my grandparents from one assisted living home to another. The crew arrived shortly after 1 and promptly left because they were told that they needed to wear masks in order to comply with the state and keep their residents safe. One man refused and they left and called to tell us that they were canceling our move after already leaving. No warning, no call saying that there was an issue, just calling to cancel after they had already left. Be flexible, be understanding, it’s a piece of freaking cloth that you have to wear in the hallway, nothing more. Absolutely awful customer service regarding the issue. They left my 82 year old grandparents with their lives completely packed up all because someone didn’t want to wear a little piece of cloth on their face for 2 minutes at a time. Grandma has 2 broken arms but it looks like she’s moving her couch now. Thanks a lot.

The two movers, Ray and Chris, were great. They moved the furniture quickly but with great care. There were no scratches or tears in either the furniture or the rooms involved. They were pleasant to work with but also professional. I was very pleased with my dealings with this company and would certainly hire them again.

The Leaders team did a great job. We had multiple moves and furniture stored over the course of several moves prior to our home being built. I was very impressed with They are temperature controlled storage facility in the Cleveland area. It was a newer building that was extremely spacious. Most of the items were stored in large protective wood crates. Very clean overall.

The experience with Leaders was great from start to finish. Kevin led us through the entire process of moving and gave us options for pricing to include packaging and moving right up to the end. We were able to adjust our price based on how much we accomplished and they took care of the rest! Ray, Snoop, Will, Wate, and Tony all helped the move go smoothly! From loading to unloading these guys were always working to get the job done. They even helped fix a dining room set and never hesitated to move furniture when we changed our minds where to place items/boxes! Thanks for making a stressful process more enjoyable and fun!

I can’t say enough about Leaders Moving and Storage of Cleveland. General manager Danny Yonkof, and his team, were so easy to work with. Communication was great every step of the way. They moved us out of our townhome, stored our belongings for 2 months, and moved us into our new home. When we needed to change our move in date, they were very accommodating. I highly recommend Danny and would hire him again for all my moving needs. Thank you Cori, Rob, Chris, Ray, Thomas and Randy for a job well done!

The moving team (Chuck, Randy and Thomas) were on time, professional and were careful with our furniture. This was quite different to a company we had used in the past where the only thing they cared about was how fast they could load and unload to get to the end of their day. I was extremely impressed from my phone conversations with Chris Kermendy to the professional of the three gentlemen who completed the actual moving project. This was an intricate move involving three households but they did it efficiently and correctly with zero damage to furniture or property which we appreciated greatly. They did everything we asked without having to follow them around and everything was moved without any mess whatsoever. Realizing they needed to work without masks we were able to maintain social distancing as needed so the move was safe as well. Great experience and would highly recommend again. Last thing, we did not get any competitive bids just relied on Angies List for a recommendation and a gut feeling after talking to Chris that we were being treated fairly and professionally. - Angie's List
