We have used Lakeview Painting before, they painted almost our entire former house.  We just moved and had them remove wallpaper and paint our new house.  Every time we have used them, we have been extremely happy with their work.  Tom and Ben do a fantastic job. They are very thorough and detailed in their work.  Our house looks great. I have no idea how they compare on price because we never even consider anyone else to paint for us. That said, I think their pricing is fair.  I highly recommend them for any painting project-they are the best.

We originally contacted a handyman service (J &J Professional Services) for the multiple issues of a cracked ceiling, removal of old ceiling hooks, repair of cracks around windows and beams as well as painting of the ceilings and walls. The handyman referred us to Lakeview Painters. They are 2 brothers who were a pleasure to work with. One of them came to the house to give us a free estimate on the work that needed to be done. He told us they would be able to handle the repairs needed to fix the cracks and holes left by the old ceiling hooks as well as the painting. It took 2 days. They arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up as much as possible after the first day, and returned promptly the 2nd day to complete the work. 
At the end of day 1, I threw them a bit of a curve ball and asked if they could add papering a small wall in my foyer to their list of tasks. I had purchased the paper but just hadn't tackled it yet. They said yes and gave me a very reasonable cost, and so they completed that as well by the end of day 2. 
Their work was top quality. The crack patching in the DR is excellent, cracks not even slightly visible. They ran drywall tape the entire length of 2 long beams on our vaulted LR ceiling and patched several other hairline cracks throughout the area. The painting on the ceilings and walls is excellent. The papering in the foyer also very nicely done.

They came to see the job, and provided an e-mail written estimate.  We agreed on the price.  I provide the color number from Sherwin Williams.

We set up a time.  They are the most punctual workers I have ever had.  They show up and start immediately.  They bring the paint and all materials needed for the job.  They do all the paint with two coats.  The walls and ceiling in my bedroom and kitchen have never looked better.  Clean up is a real priority with Lakeview Painting. 

They finish on time or earlier.  They never stopped working except for lunch.  You can really trust them in your home.

I just love them!!!  Yesterday, I just finished cleaning out another bedroom.  I will be calling them again soon!

They were very professional.  Showed up on the day agreed upon.  This was a big job as there was wallpaper in the living room, dining room, hallway, bathroom (2 layers) and bedroom ( 2 layers).  The work was impeccable.  They finished this job in 2.5 days which I thought was remarkable.  Really can't say enough about the service and the work.  Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Tom in the beginning of June to get an estimate for a hole in the ceiling of my garage left from water damage.
He came, gave me an estimate and said he would fit me in before the end of June.  He called 6/18 to say he had an opening and would like to come the nexxt morning (6/19) to preform the job.  The guys were here promply at 8:00 am (the time he said he would be here) completed the task in two hours, and left the area looking clean, and the ceiling repaired as if there were no damage.
If in the future I need any interior/exterior painting performed I will surly call Lakeview Painting!!

At first I though the estimate was expensive, I had received another estimate and it was half the price.  Then I met Tom and he explained everything that he planned on doing and we went with him.  I am so happy I did.  You get what you pay for.  Everyone compliments the way our home looks and every wall is flawless.  Would def recommend using Lakeview painting to anyone that needs work.

They had a cancellation and got me in the next day. They came and did it and were out of here in four hours. There wasn't one drop of paint on the floor. They were very nice and even helped me move some furniture. They did a really nice job.

Met with Ben a few days for an estimate on both interior and exterior painting. He was very thorough and professional in his conduct. Sent me a detailed estimate within 24 hours.

He and his crew arrived on-time as promised. Very polite and professional in their appearance and conduct (which is very important to me). Finished the exterior paint job in a day. Their quality of work exceeded my expectations. Cleaned up my property as if they were never even there. I am very pleased with my overall experience. They are coming back later this month to do the house interior.

Lakeview painting did an outstanding job. Tom and Ben are exceptional painters and their attention to fine details is truly amazing. Tom arrived on time to give us a free estimate. My wife and I agreed on their estimate and we scheduled a start date. The painting started on the agreed date and took two days to complete as promised.

Tom and Ben the owners of Lakeview painting are hard working individuals who do impeccable work. They treated and protected our home as if was their's.  We had just had our hardwood floors refinished two days before the painting started. They took care of our beautiful floors and not a spot of paint could be found. The painting job turned out beautiful. Lakeview uses high quality Sherwin Williams paint. We visited the Sherwood Williams store and picked out our colors. The next day I called Tom with our paint selection and that was it. So EASY!!!!

Were so happy we selected Lakeview Painting and we recommend them very highly. One last thing. I called Tom after the job was complete. I asked him what type of paint they used for the trim so I could purchase some for a heating vent that wasn't installed and needed to be painted. Ben and Tom are very professional.  Excellent workers, fast, clean and excellent quality.  They also have pained my interior bedrooms, bathrooms and trim.  Excellent.

I first emailed them to come out to the house for an estimate.  After not hearing from them in three or four days, I called their office when I got home from work and talked to Ben.  He came out to the house the very next day to see what needed to be done. After showing him the crack in the ceiling, he was very thorough in his explanation of what might have happened and that he saw no problem in repairing it.  (We ended up choosing Lakeview because of this and the price being reasonable).  Our other two places that we contacted for estimates weren't too sure about the crack in the ceiling even though one of them gave us a lower price for the job.  Ben was very pleasant and very thorough.  He told us he would send me an email at work with the estimate, which he did within three days.  After calling them on Wednesday to see when they could start, he told me they could start that following Monday the 14th of November and that it would only take two days.  He called me the weekend before to tell me to go pick out what colors we wanted and that they would pick the paint up (which was included in the estimate).  Ben was very helpful and again very thorough in his recommendations on what kind or type of paint to get for both the ceiling and walls.  My husband was the one that stayed home on Monday and Tuesday when they did the work.  He couldn't say enough good things about them.  They were very professional, thorough, clean and I still can't believe they got the job done in less than two days.  I always heard that wallpaper  was a pain to take down and our living room is a very large room.  I can't say enough about the quality of their paint job also.  Our ceiling looks better than ever and you wouldn't even know where the huge crack was.  I love my new living room and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.  As a matter of fact, I'm waiting to hear from them for another estimate for another job in our home.

The bidding experience was fine but they were a lot higher than the painter my contractor had originally suggested. They were very professional and I will consider having them bid again in the future.
