The staff was helpful in selecting the frames, and also the mating and glass. Was pleased with the finished product, there are sort of some wrinkles in the photo in an area but I don't know if that is from us or them. It did take a few weeks to get done, but we knew that from when we ordered it. The price is outrageous if you are not using one of their %50 off coupons that are in the Plain Dealer almost every Sunday for custom framing.

MACHINE WAS BROUGHT IN ON A REPAIR DAY TO BE LOOKED, SWITCH WAS BROKEN. MACHINE NEEDED TO BE SENT OUT FOR REPAIRS. WHEN THE MACHINE RETURNED, THEY HAD REPLACED THE ON/OFF SWITCH AND SOME OTHER MAINTENANCE TYPE ACTIVITIES. ONCE HOME, MACHINE TURNED ON BUT DID NOT WORK AT ALL AND HAD TO BE RETURNED FOR FURTHER REPAIR. WHOLE PROCESS TOOK A COUPLE WEEKS.
