Clear description of products and options was given by the representative.  The existing original units were rotted, so we knew that we needed replacements and contacted three different companies to make choice.  The person who did the custom staining did a wonderful job matching the new window color to the existing wood trim.  (I only wish he had left behind the leftover stain to use to touch up other windows.)  We are happy with the final product at this point in time.

The provider scheduled March 24 for my six windows and sliding glass door to be replaced.   On the day of delivery, I was notified that my windows were not in.   A wonderful crew of men headed by "Tom" put in the sliding glass door.   We put all the drapes and blinds back up.   The windows arrived on March 28 and again the crew headed by Tom did an excellent job.   The man who stains the windows was to arrive the day after installation.   He had one problem or another and did not arrive until April 10.   Again we took down the drapes and blinds.  The man who was scheduled to stain the windows had a crew of two men do the work while he sat in his truck.   Periodically he would stop in and  argue politics.   I did not want to talk politics with him, but he kept goading me. I did not like that part of it.    The works did a good job and the quality of the windows are good so e,bout

Information, quality and salemanship were top-notch. Scheduling the installation, because we had one specialty window, was a pain. I needed to prompt them to come out. I also have needed to call 2X and email them once before getting a response to finish trim painting after the job. The price is expensive, but comparable to Pella and Andersen.
Overall, I am EXTREMELY happy with the  Marvin product and the installation as well as the options provided. All very professional, but the scheduler / administration needs some serious help.

The wrong door was ordered and had to be replaced.  The new door took some time.  The representative on my job left the company and there was some confusion and delay due to that.  However, the work when completed was neat and thorough and the installers were very professional and helpful.

Louis LaQuatra arrived at my home and upon entering asked if I "lived alone"...it was creepy. I said no, and he followed with, well did you get my message? (WindowPro did leave a reminder message) He proceeded to tell me he wanted to have my husband there also. It appears that he felt I was incapable of making a decision. We were off to a bad start, but I gave him a chance. He proceeded to tell me that he drove a LONG way for me to not have my husband home. (for goodness sake, dude, you're doing an estimate - for patio doors - it's not rocket science. I need my husband to point you to the doors?) Then he told me that the "brat" kid at the last house he was at, stole his measuring tape and he never even measured my doors. He left 2 brochures and I never heard from him again. This was over 2 weeks ago.
I just tried to reach him by phone and he picked up, but was finishing a conversation with someone else before saying hello so I hung up. He called me back and proceeded to tell me that my doors were an odd size, that's why he hadn't called me back. Unbelievable - he didn't even measure - how would he know they were "odd" sized??? After feeding me that excuse, he asked what my name was. Unbelievable.
I'm truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism of this individual. He made me feel uncomfortable, insinuated that I was incapable of getting an estimate for my household, and then obviously refused to give us and estimate at all. I will never call WindowPro again. Ever.

*****Update*****
I let the company know about their unprofessional salesman. They contacted me right away (the President emailed and the VP called me). VP Dave was extremely apologetic and is coming out to do the estimate himself. I will post and re-evaluate this review after the estimate is done.

We worked with Nick Paulic at Window Pro to come up with our design and color. He was very friendly and professional! We love our new door and they did a fantastic job of installation. Nick came back out 2 weeks after installation and checked to make sure everything was correct. One year later and it is still just as it was installed. Highly recommended!

They were great. They were terrific. I went out, selected the windows and they came in pretty much within the time frame they said they were going to install the windows. They did it in two days like they said. It all went very smoothly. They are not great for price.

the salesman was very professional as well as answered all of my questions.  he was polite and friendly.  he was punctual whether it was  returning my phone calls or coming to  my home for estimates or getting the initial  window measurements.   the installers were  very punctual to my home.  they  adapted very well to  all of my questions  as well as my requests ( ie putting extra foam for insulation).  they  answered all of  my questions as well as  adapted  to my observing and watching while they installed  my windows.   upon  finding some issues with the  windows,  i called the office.  the staff was    polite and curteous in  assisting me.  i am presently waiting to have  x2 windows come in- to be replaced in  my home.  still waiting at this time  to see how the  windows fair for the winter.

Overall the experience was very good.  The process started with 2 meetings with Dave Korzan, during which we learned more about Marvin windows as well as the process of installing replacement windows.  Dave was very professional and knowledgable.  I already knew that Marvin windows were better than Pella, and he did not talk down any other product.  He also helped make the financing process as simple as can be.
The window installation was incredible.  The team sent to our house worked quickly, efficiently, politely, and left no trace of their presence at the end of the day.
The installation/project manager, Matt Edgell, also was very professional, helpful, and responsive to our concerns.
As with any major renovation project, there were some glitches.  One was a bit out of WindowPro's control.  The door manufacturer that they use went offline briefly, and our doors took longer than anticipated to install...not big deal, just a bit of an inconvenience.  The other issue was the painters (ProVision) that WindowPro used previously were....not good.  We were told that the painting would be done in 3-4 days.  After 2 weeks, the painting was no where near being done.  This was certainly bothersome, but our concerns were dealt with very appropriately and professionally.  Dave and Matt worked with us as well as our painter to have our painter complete the painting.  The added cost of this was eaten by WindowPro without a problem.  Thus, the process took a bit longer than it should, but the final product is unbelievable.
Overall, the service provided by WindowPro was great, and the product provided is beautiful and of the highest quality.  We will be using WindowPro in the future to complete our window and door replacement process.

The price was right. They were clean, efficient, and they came out right away if I had a problem. They were on time every day, including the salesman. They dealt directly with me, not my husband. I appreciated that, because I have had a company in the past that told me that my husband would need to be there!  They did an excellent job cleaning up when the work was done, including cleaning the windows after they were installed.

We were deeply disappointmented in the service we have "endured" from WindowPro. We ended up settling this issue by accepting an $800 discount on overall project. The only reason why we settled is that we were sick and tired of this issue. The door that was delivered and installed does not meet the standard or quality we expected to receive from the Window Pro company (according to their marketing messages), neither was the service.   1) The door did not open in the same direction as ordered. 2) The trim on the door on the exterior is not the color ordered. 3) The trim on the door was delivered scratched up.  4) The door handle is white against the bronze frame color and is not what we believed to be ordered by us. 5) The door does not glide when opened – one must muscle it open; not what we believe to be quality.   The WindowPro salesman led us to believe that the quality and craftsmanship of the product we chose would allow the door to open and close easily. This is certainly not the case; it takes quite an effort to open and close. We were told it’s due to the nature of the door and age of the house (ugh, the house was built in 1988 and has three other Pella sliding doors which work just fine) – The installation was back in November 2011 and their  installer absolutely let the WindowPro salesman know all that was wrong and we did also. The salesman said he would get back to us right away with a solution that could include replacing the door with a new door as ordered. Literally, 4 months passed before hearing again from this salesman and when we did hear from him he was only interested in getting full payment (which he said was then “past due”) – he was not interested in solving the problems, and no one on this planet would believe any payment was “past due.” Ridiculous.   We now really wish we had simply gone to Home Depot and bought a sliding door in the first place!   We know Window Pro probably could care less about us as a disappointed customer, however, we hope that Angie's list people here in the Cleveland, Ohio area will think twice about buying from WindowPro. We hope to save other’s from enduring the same crappy service and bait and switch product selling.

Job went well.  From initial contact at show room with my sales person Jonathan Kloepfer, through the measure and design phase.  This phase ended up being a bit more than one visit and a day or two because of the challenge of redesigned wonking huge bow window.  Jonathan brought the installation manager, Matt, to consult and there was a final brain storm session to verify that my design for the window would be possible and sound - it was thankfully.  Production was right in the middle of the estimated time and they met my weird scheduling requirements with a positive professional attitude.  The installation crew was not any slipshod Tom, Dick and Harry, but a very prompt, professional, pleasant, and very neat Tom, Derrick and Larry.
A glitch in fabrication sizing created a snafu in the look of the large window but they soooo stood behind my being satisfied that the offending piece (naturally the largest one) was re-ordered right away.  The odds of glitches on any major installation on an old home are usually very high, the measure of a company is how well they handle them - my installation crew and the team at WindowPro Cleveland met it with skill, composure and speed.  The other windows went in quickly, cleanly and solidly - no issues.  The installation crew gave me options and solid opinions on the aluminum trim for all the windows and did a marvelous job avoiding damaging any landscaping - a very hard thing in my front. Oh, and the clean up - probably left the rooms cleaner than when they went in, embarrasing but true.  Easily would request theis team again if I had any more windows to do!
Since the installation two glitches cropped up - nothing to do with the quality of the windows or installation. Two "accidents', one involving the ?pulley/clutch assembly on a window and the other a torn screen.  The assembly repair went fast and painlessly.  The screen just happened over the holiday weekend and I called first thing this day and I was told no problem, they'll have someone come out and fix it.
So, the price may seem high when compared to vinyl but that's comparing apples to oranges. My experience is that I paid top dollar and got a top product with white glove service.
Come winter, I hope to update this review on how the windows roll.

NOTE past experience to compare: A previous home I owned I had 7 large wood crank out transom windows replaced with vinyl (rot and warping prevented repair) from a building material supplier (not HD or Lowes). Within 6 months of install (Oct) and direct sun exposure I had problems with getting a tight close seal on that set of windows (4) that spring. Warranty covered windows but not labor. Went mid-line and that may have been a contributing factor.  Next home was new construction but had vinyl windows - once again, not top of the line but supposedly decent, still had a freeze/thaw issue with winter humidity. They did not warp like previous vinyl I dealt with.

UPDATE 8/2/13  So, it's been just over a year and one out of the 10 double hung/slider windows developed an issue.  A double hung is creeping down once opened.  It is NOT slamming down and catches after a few inches so I went on-line through the service feature, submitted a request and received a call within 20 minutes. A service call was set up for 2 weeks from today since I don't find it to be an "urgent" issue.  Pleasant service rep.

Other windows are doing just fine, look great and are performing well. The large custom window is doing great and still generating compliments. We have to keep the humidity high in the house during the winter and have condensation issues and had freeze issues with the old windows, not a problem with these windows, seems even less condensation as well but that may be due to the warmer winter we had this year.  Sound dampening improvement has been a major bonus given the next door neighbor's penchant for leaving their dogs out for hours and the troop does get rather vocal.

Tim, the sales rep was very nice and was attentive to my questions and wishes concerning frame color.  Consequently, my option was to get a window with a natural wood interior that I could stain to any color I wanted.   Follow up for measuring went smoothly and quickly.  The window frame was ready for installation two weeks after measurements were taken, three weeks after putting in the order.
After rescheduling twice due to the weather, the three installers arrived on the time scheduled and worked quickly and efficiently to install the window unit with its asphalt roof tiles in about 5.5 hours.  The men were careful to cover the furniture near by and the carpeting in front of the window.
They took the old window frame and roof with them for disposal and cleaned up all the mess when they were done although they forgot the muddy shoe prints inside the back door where they were going in out to work on the window.  But that was a minor concern.  The entire experience went smoothly and I would definitely deal with WindowPro again.

The sales man arrived on time but that is about the only positive thing I can say.  He spent the whole hour knocking other companies and saying how bad they were. As if that wasn't bad enough he then proceeded to insult me. Saying that his windows were "Cadillac" and he could tell I was "Chevy". He said that he googled the area I live in and just knew that I couldn't afford his product. I will never buy anything from this company and will NEVER recommend them.

I had hired Window Pro in the past to replace 13 double hung windows in 2009, I was really impressed with the installation crew that they sent out the first time, so I decided to hire them again.

I was not so impressed with the second experience, I found out that my first salesperson had left the company shortly after my first set of  windows were installed. My second salesperson "Ray" left the company before my second order was even installed. I was informed by the installation crew that he was no longer with the company. The foreman was the same but crew was now a 2 man operation. They left a large section open along one of the front windows that I chalked myself. I never received a follow call to see if  I was happy with the job. The quality of the windows seem to be good however.
