In 87 years in business I can assure you that this company has been built on far more small jobs like yours than large ones. It is for this reason that we do not have a minimum window or door amount required to send a WindowPro representative out to your home like most other companies. A vast majority of our customers make their purchases in phases over several years. As I mentioned on the phone it is our company policy that promotional gift cards are not issued to customers until a quote has been turned in to the company. Because your quote was never submitted by the sales representative that visited your home our marketing department did not know to send it. Everything went smoothly no complaints. . One screen was damaged with installation which I did not notice with installer inspection. Called that same day they were back within two weeks. The screen was ordered and replaced the following week.
