Found another company that I was very satisfied with

The furnace and A/C is less than 3 years old. The work performed was very good as far as I could tell. My only complaint was the lack of professionalism: after the service man left I had to clean up the dirt he tracked on the hall tile and basement carpet.

I found them in the value pack. They had very reasonable rates. I intend to call them again. They were very good.

Furnace went out one day and Hoggs was the third company I called and the first one who said they could be there in two hours or less. When technician opened the furnace he quickly determined that a safety measure had turned the furnace off and just as quickly located a dead bird that was the cause of the safety measure. He removed the bird, did some small repair, and ran some tests to make sure the furnace was working properly. He also commented on how dusty the interior was and he went out to his truck to get a vacuum and carefully cleaned the entire interior. I asked him about duct cleaning and he said he does not recommend it very often but that in our case it looked like a good idea. (They do not perform that service) He also noticed how bent my old filter was from the force of the furnace and suggested we lower the blower speed which I agreed to. The furnace runs great now and the filter no longer gets bent up. Technician was personable and efficient. I will call them again in the spring for an AC check-up.

We have used them in the past and are familiar with them. They are really good.

The crew was courteous, timely and did a good job. Cleaned up after themselves; I would hire again.

asked for a bid to do air conditioning. after reviewing bids from a few contractors decided to replace entire system. Good job.

They were prompt. I was able to get ahold of them the same day I needed them. They were courteous and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They did a really good job.

When I called them they were here within 30 minutes, great responsiveness! They also cleaned the furnace as well. Within an hour and a half they were done and once again I had heat in my home!I do use them every year or every other year for cleaning.

I called Hogg at 9 am. They had a truck here at 1:30 pm. The technician ordered a new motor and installed it in 2 hrs. He also changed my filter. Very professional and polite.

They did the heating first and it took them awhile to get out here but they sent someone to temporally fix my old one. When they finally came out it took them about two or three days to complete the job and they came back in the spring to check the air conditioning to make sure it was the right level of coolant.

Arrived on time completed work in one day cleaned up entire work area inside and outside, the entire crew was friendly and very professional, all work was done as stated in estimate, explained how to use new products in detail before leaving. Very pleased with entire job,had four estimates and all were within four hundred dollars Angie's list helped in my decision. Include this company in your heatingand a/c estimates I believe you won't be disappointed.

Overall it went well. The lads were working on a rainy, cold day, so things were necessarily dirty. But the crew chief made certain to tidy up well. Furnace working well; will have to wait for warm weather to test the A/C.

Went very well. Expected between 8am and 1pm and called to let me know they were nearby and would arrive soon. Performed work required and gave me numerous suggestions as how to run the furnace more efficiently and safely. No sales pressure at all. Commented that I had a lower grade furnace, but if cared for correctly it should run fine. Seemed honest and very informed.

Did a good job.

The technician came out to diagnose our furnace because the gas would not light. He diagnosed that the igniter module was not delivering the necessary voltage to the gas control. Hogg did not make the repair because of a home warranty, but the diagnosis was correct. The home warranty contractor was not authorized to come out until Monday, so Hogg came to see if the situation was a quick fix. The technical was friendly and helpful, especially since this work was being done on a Sunday afternoon.

The company was very nice to deal with on the phone. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and the gentleman worked very hard throughout the day.

They did a nice job. Whoever they send out is always courteous. They always explain everything well.

I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT AFTER READING OTHER COMMENTS AND HALF EXPECTED THEM TO TRY AND SELL ME A NEW A/C UNIT. INSTEAD, THE PRICE QUOTED ON THE PHONE WAS THE ONE I RECEIVED. THEY DID NOT TRY AND SELL ME ANYTHING! THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO SERVICE MY AIR FILTER, BUT THEY GAVE ME THE NUMBER OF A COMPANY WHO MAY HAVE THE PART I NEED (NEW FILTER). ALSO SAID I COULD MOST LIKELY INSTALL NEW FILTER MYSELF RATHER THAN PAYING SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND DO IT. I APPRECIATED THE HONESTY! I WILL USE THE COMPANY AGAIN! I DO WISH THEY COULD HAVE GIVEN ME A SMALLER TIME WINDOW FOR THEIR ARRIVAL. I WAS TOLD BETWEEN 8 AND 12. I WOULD PREFER A 2 HOUR WINDOW, BUT I GAVE THEM AN A BECAUSE THEY ARRIVED WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME FRAME.
