Prior to George being hired, I had several contractors to evaluate my one time ice damaged valley area between the garage and house roof. Most people wanted to tear out and ice guard a portion of the roof. George felt best that since the roof didn't leak the following year and it was a minimal leak, then it was best to caulk/seal the area, surrounding leaking gutter, and stack pipe for less than half the cost of a repair. He was confident that it was the right solution for my situation.

Inspections of other areas of the roof that may present problems that was not his area of service, such as the condition of my chimney.

George responded the same day and replaced my missing slate tiles, one of which was causing a leak. He treated me fairly and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need like a lot of roof guys might do. I would highly recommend his services to any of my family or friends.

He was very professional. He came prepared, did the job, cleaned up and even cleaned off the roof and hauled away the big branch that I had thrown onto the side of the garage. He was easy to talk with and said if I had any problem at all call. My neighbor across the street also had some work done.

George took time to check out the problem (water in my attic) going into my attic and onto my roof. He found a hole in the valley and even the animal that has caused it! He had time at that visit to fix the problem, as well. He explained his repairs and his price was fair. I would use his company again.
