First we had the arborist come and identify our trees. The work went quickly and efficiently. The clean up was excellent. We had to wait a little longer than expected because the company grouped 2 neighbors who needed work.

Excellent - very good pre-work process, Lauren Lanphear evaluated the work that needed to be done and it was apparent he is very knowledgeable. The crew of four did a good job, very carefull and used appropriate safety equipment. They had to use a large crane and the operator was very skillful; no property damage! They could not finish in one day and came back about 5 days later to finish (cold and snow delayed their return). I am very happy with the work, they were not the cheapest, but certainly worth the extra money.

They are fine. They do what they say they are going to do. We schedule them every other year. They do all the trees in the yard, depending on the season. They do different things at different times of the year and it's orderly. It's actually my mother's house. She's always had them and I question if it's even necessary. I've never had to spray the trees at my house and they grew just fine, but she likes to do it. They come, they're reliable and they do what they say they are going to do. They are friendly. I don't know what to compare it to, but I think they're a little on the high side.

The company removed the limb and assessed the viability of the tree using ultrasound (to find how hollowed out the rest of the trunk was). They recommended that we could salvage the tree but safety dictated shearing several more branches off and stabilizing the top with long vertical cables. They did all of this quickly and with excellent communication. I was a little surprised at the cost of the ultrasound specifically (I think it was $200-300) but overall the price seemed to match the quality and punctuality of the work.

very poorly - the arborist who sold me the plan never conveyed it to workers - the crew came out and kept asking me what I wanted done - I had some problem issues and I have no knowledge that is WHY I hired this company - they were goofing off- taking very long with some tasks - ie. letting clock run - trees were barely trimmed and done incorrectly - I made arborist return as I paid in full but was upset - he had a real poor attitude and shortly after left company - I was really taken advantage of - the tree they treated never bloomed again and another company told me they did job incorrectly - tree is dying - overcharged and unprofessional.

Their arborist came out quickly. Luckily he was in the neighborhood. He looked things over and gave me a quote. They came out a couple of days later and took the branch off the garage roof and returned in about a week to do the other work. Because of the storm that came through, they were very busy, but took care of the branch on the roof quickly, easing our minds about that. Professional and timely.
