He is punctual and professional. He is also very patient in answering my questions and explaining the options I may have.

Excellent! Elie was punctual, efficient and polite! His rates were reasonable and his work is exceptional. He is very good about following up to schedule time that was convenient for us.

He did an excellent job. Seems like a good man and good worker. He was prompt and did exactly what he said he would do. The only negative in my opinion was his price. For unclogging a bathroom sink (true he did have to replace a piece of pipe, but still...) it seemed rather expensive to me ($155 for one hour). However, I do feel that I can trust his work.

He tore out the old cast iron plumbing and replaced it with PVC. He tested for leaks but none were found, so the job seemed to be sound. During the project we needed to make some adjustments and add a few aspects to the job. Elie was very fair when considering price increases to the job. In the end I paid more than the estimate, but the increase in price was very fair compared to the increase in the amount of work needed to complete the project in a quality manner.

I called Elie's home number on Sunday night at approximately 6:30 p.m. after observing that the leakage continued (although at a reduced rate) even after shut down the main water valve. Elie's wife pleasantly referred me to his cell phone number. I called and he answered promptly and when told of the problem suggested that I open the faucets in the kitchen sink. I did so and after awhile the leaking stopped. He also promised to come to my house at 9 a.m. the next morning to assess the situation and said he would return shortly after noon to do the necessary repairs. He was true to his word in all ways. I was particularly impressed with how quickly he located the source of the leaks. Two years ago I had a similar problem and the workman recommended by a friend took two days to locate the source of the leak and unnecessarily poked a large hole in the ceiling which required extensive plastering. Elie was very professional, efficient but also quite congenial and reasonable. First rate.

Elie gave me a choice with estimates of each to consider. I told him which I wanted to do. Elie and his helper were here just over two hours. The work is good and professional. I will call on him again.

Elie came the same day I called to investigate the leak, was able to shut of the water at near the regulator so that I wasn't paying for the water, and told me he would have to order a new part, and would replace it the next day. The next afternoon the regulator was replaced, as promised. Work was done quickly and professionally.

I received a call the night I left a telephone message. He told me he could not do the work because he was leaving in the morning for an extended Thanksgiving vacation. He did take 5 minutes to discuss my problem and concurred with the needed fix.

Excellent job! Mr Ellie was the first one to answer my call Thursday afternoon. The kitchen faucet was leaking so much that was not possible to use it anymore. I got an estimate to fix those items in that same morning by another person, and, in the afternoon after returning from work, the leaking problem just got worse. I realized that the job needed to be done as soon as possible. Mr. Elias came within an hour of my call. He suggested the faucet types to buy (in the case that I wanted to choose one from a store) and we set the appointment for the next available spot for both of us (Monday morning). Mr. Elie and his assistant were very courteous and did an excellent job.

He was extremely courteous and professional. He was reasonable. He responded to my phone call right away and he was there exactly when he said he would be.

The gas company turned off our gas because of some leaks. We called Elie's plumbing and they were able to come that same afternoon. They found all the gas leaks and repaired them. The gas company returned to confirm that all leaks had been fixed, and they found no problems. The gas was turned back on immediately. They also fixed a leaking faucet.

He did a good job. He was prompt and made sure that I understood what the problem was and how he fixed it. It was a messy job, but he left the bathroom in very clean order.

We called Elie at 3 pm about the leak near the water meter. He returned the call immediately and was out by 6 pm. He repaired the leak and did additional work on the kitchen faucet that had been "bugging" us. The work was excellent and Elie is extremely pleasant and efficient. We found Elie through Angie's list, and we will definitely use him again.

I called Elie in the morning. Over the phone he asked me to do a couple of things to diagnose the issue. He came out late that afternoon to take a look himself. He attempted an easy repair of resodering the copper pipe that takes water from the faucet to the shower head. Unfortunately sodder didn't take; there was still leaking. Told me he would have to replace the pipe, and that because of where the pipe was it would require knocking a hole in the tiled wall. He gave me a few options of where I could have him go in, along with his suggestion of where would be best. He did fixed the leak with a MINIMUM of damage. Pointed out problem with hole being much too large where the faucet handle was in wall. Suggested a repair plate. At this point we agreed on an overall price of $300 that was VERY fair. Came the next morning and finished all the work, AND went ahead and installed my new shower head and did some extra caulking. Very Nice - Great value for work!

Everything went extremely well. Elie was prompt for the appointment for the estimate and for doing the work as well. He was very friendly and professional at the same time. He was willing to adjust to my time schedule. I thought his price was more than fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I called Elie and explained the problem. He stated that he would arrive the next morning. I called him around 1:00 pm, when I hadn't heard from him the next day. He stated that he got my call mixed up with another customer's. He thought we was scheduled to come in the afternoon. He apologized, and said he would arrive shortly. He arrived at approximately 1:40. In about an hour, he had unclogged both the kitchen and bathroom drains. His helper did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done. I'm not familiar with prices for this kind of work, but I think that $180. To unclog two drains was a bit high.

He worked very quickly and was happy to check on various extra little things we asked about. Very nice to work with and charged much less than the other company we got an estimate from.

I called Elie for an appointment and he suggested I call the city sewer department first (as it was likely a main line problem, and they would charge me significantly less to fix it). The city was able to come the next day and fix the problem. I was very impressed that Elie gave me an alternative option that would cost me less money. It showed me he is an honest contractor, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any additional plumbing work I need.

Elie had snaked a shower drain for us in the past. Since I was pleased with his other work, I contacted him about replacing my water heater. His price was very reasonable compared to his competitors. He did a thorough job and even replaced some copper piping at a very reasonable price. I have been very happy with Elie's work. Elie mainly works by himself. He may use a helper depending on the job. I much rather work with an honest plumber than to deal with some of the larger plumbing companies who charge exorbitant rates for simple jobs.

I have used Elie in the past to snake a clogged shower drain and to replace a water heater. I did not contact anyone else about the floor drain because I knew that I wanted Elie to do the work. Elie came out to first snake the drain, but he discovered that the trap was clogged. He knew that I was waterproofing my basement so he suggested that I have them replaced the drain since they would be breaking up the concrete anyway. When the waterproofing people could not do the work, Elie was able to work with the contractors and replace the floor drain while the concrete was broken up. I did not give Elie much notice about the job since it came up during the waterproofing, but he was able to accommodate my schedule. I have been very pleased with Elie's work. He originally quoted me a price of about $300. However, he reduced the price from the original quote since the concrete was already broken up and he had just come out that same week to snake the same drain.

Elie exchanged the shower head and attached a hand held shower. He also diagnosed the cause of a small leak in the basement and replaced rusted pipe with PVC. Everything was cleaned up. Elie is also very personable and professional. Anyone else would've probably charged $250-300 for this work. I'm so happy to have a knowledgeable and honest plumber so close by. I found Elie through Angie's list and this referral alone was worth the annual fee!

I first spoke w/Elie over the phone and he was very helpful in helping me select a water heater. He quoted me $800 for the lower BTU one and $1,000 for the larger. We also talked about other options and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to come to my house when I requested, was prompt and efficient. The new water heater is perfect and will be more cost effective to run. He is extremely professional and personable. And if that wasn't enough, his estimate was several hundred dollars less than the other quote I received! As I live in an older house, I'm so glad I finally found an honest and reliable plumber and would without hesitation refer him to everyone I know. If I could give him an A+ I would.

Gas company had turned off gas due to leaks found and pressure not holding in the lines. Needed someone to come out right away in order to get the gas turned back on. Elie was able to let us know of his availability and the time frame in which he could come out, and was able to meet what he said he could do. In addition, his price was very reasonable, especially considering he came out within 2 hours of being contacted. His name and number stay on our contact list!

Elie was immediately responsive to our phone call. He arrived that day and on time as promised. He was efficient and quick. He was also personable and carried on an interesting conversation with me while doing the job. His charge for doing the work was fair; it was orally quoted as he finished working. He did not provide either a bill or a receipt for payment; and I am sorry I failed to request that he do so. He accepted payment by check.
