Ellie was on time and very professional. He unclogged the drain and took some time to look at the other drains in the basement. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again the future.

Overall the project went well, Elie, was very professional, responsive, and efficient.

He did an excellent job. After installing the sink he checked out some pipes I had questions about.

Ellie came with two other people right on time. They finished the job in a very professional way and cleaned up. Everything went well to my satisfaction.

I chose Elie based on other members' comments, and I was not disappointed. He returned my phone call the day I called, which I believe was a Friday, and scheduled my work for Monday. He outlined his costs before he started and told me what I might expect given that some of the plumbing was old and corroded. My husband had previously tried snaking the blocked drains, but was unsuccessful. Elie power-snaked them and got one unblocked immediately, the other took three tries. It really is a pleasure to have them both working again! Installing the bathroom faucet was not a straightforward job: the faucet I had purchased did not fit properly. Elie's assistant had to lug the sink downstairs and outside where he very delicately chipped/chiseled/drilled/cut away porcelain from the center hole where the spigot sits so that it would fit. The sink was old and had several hairline fractures in it, but Elie's assistant was extremely careful so as not to worsen these fracture lines. Elie had suggested I might want to consider buying a new sink since I was putting in a new faucet, but I was not interested in replacing the sink, so Elie and his assistant very successfully accomodated my wishes. The new faucet looks great and you would never know any "modification" was made to the sink. Installation of the sillcock was a job I tacked on when Elie showed up to do the scheduled work. He was unable to complete it that day, but his assistant returned the following morning to do the job. He was very meticulous and did the work as if he were working on his own home. When I brought to his attention something I was not happy with from the day before, he had Elie on the phone within 5 minutes, and then Elie was at my door 10 minutes later to make the job right!

Called Elie's on a Sunday night expecting to leave a message, got ahold of him personally and explained the leaking situation and he said he would call us in the morning with a time. The plumber, Jim, was at our house by 9:00 in the morning and was great to work with. Even took his shoes off when he came in. He promptly diagnosed and remedied the situation. He was great and they are at the top of our list for plumbers in the future! Made a bad situation, easy and he didn't even mind my husband hovering a bit to see what he was doing. A+ in my book!

I set up an appointment with Elie. He was on time and knew exactly what to do. He stated all the shower parts were covered under warranty for lifetime and no proof of purchase was necessary. He called the Kohler plumbing company gave the serial numbers over the phone and the parts were to be delivered to my house in one week. Elie did not charge for this visit. He said to call when the parts were delivered. The parts came to the house. I set up the appointment. Elie was on time the job was done in twenty minutes. It has been over 2 months and the shower does not drip. The water actually seems hotter with the repair. Elie is very knowledgeable, efficient, considerate(took his shoes off on my white carpet) and pleasant.

Gave estimate the day I called and replaced it the next day at the same price as the estimate. Great Job! I will use them again.

Phoned Elie on Sat, Dec 27. Elie was out-of-town but said he would phone on Wed, Dec 31 when he returned. Waited until around Noon on Wed, Dec 31 before calling him again. He answered and promptly popped by for an estimate. Once the scope of work was agreed upon, he provided me a price and we agreed to go forward. He said he or his associate Jimmy would return. Aproximatly 2 hours later Jimmy returned, assessed the situation and got to work. App one-hour later the faucet was replaced, the shut-off valve was installed, and the water line was secured/supported to prevent possible damage during valve operation.

Elie is the kind of professional any one would want because he cared about taking care of us. He returned our call quickly to find out what problem we were having; a leaking hot water heater. While on another job he let us know he might be late because he was waiting on an inspector. However, he was still at our house within the hour originally arranged. Elie was efficient, professional and cleaned up after he installed the new hot water heater. He even looked at our shower when we asked some questions about water pressure in our master bath. This was the first time we needed a plumber in our house and I would use Elie for any future plumbing jobs.

I called Elie and he adjusted his schedule to make it to my house in a little over an hour. He quickly assessed the problems and had the work complete in a little more than an hour. Elie was courteous and professional in his service. We have an old colonial style home with very old plumbing, so I'm certain we will need plumbing services again. I will not hesitate to give Elie a call. Thanks Elie for your kind, professional and quality work!

Pressure relief valve on the hot water tank was leaking water. Called Elie's plumbing and described the situation. Once the problem was assessed, Elie repaired/replaced the relief valve. The quality of repair, responsiveness (called on a holiday) , and cost were exceptional.

I originally called Elie to fix a leaking stack. He returned my call right away and came to my house that same morning for an estimate. His assistant came back in the afternoon with the necessary replacement part. At that time, we discovered an additional problem with the water pipes in the basement, which could have been a potentially huge leakage problem. Elie came back (while his assistant was still there) and they fixed the problem. We will definitely call him again!

On Monday I called the listed number and his wife gave me his cell. He said he'd try to get to me that day or the next; he'd call first. He came and gave us an estimate on Tuesday and we scheduled for Wednesday at 9:30 (his partner showed up on time, Elie showed about 15 min. later). They found the water shut-offs and started in removing, reinstalling. We had selected the toilet and fixtures and had them ready to install. They were finished in about two hours and left the bathroom clean. Elie accepted Visa payment. Total spent was about $500, with $270.00 as labor costs. Elie gave us a verbal estimate for removing the bathtub and installing a shower pan, with new plumbing; we decided to put that project off until later. Initially Elie gave us an estimate of $98 to fix the toilet that was running, but we decided to replace it entirely for the $125 labor cost (plus our expense of $160). He had recommended a toilet brand that he really likes because it is so reliable, but was more expensive. He was willing to install what we had selected after we told him the make, model, etc. They hauled away the old toilet. Overall, it was a great experience. Elie and Jim were the most personable people we've hired in a long time!

Elie is an excellent plumber. He has an assistant who will do small jobs for him. He has very good prices. He usually shows up on time. He will discuss the problems with me in person and then call me when he is finished with a job.

I called the owners number and he got back to me within minutes from my original call. Elie gave me an estimate after I explained the concern. They were out the next day to service the drain. He came a little late according to my mother, but no big deal with that. He was polite and got right to work. He worked diligently until the job was done explaining as he went along. Great worker.

Arrived when scheduled, had all tools and parts available in the truck, did full cleanup of work area before leaving. Ran full 25' snake through the pipe during the repair, when all pipes in sink cabinet had been removed. When all reassembled, sink drain was still blocked until after another run-through of the snake. Repair/replacement of pipes under the sink was not mentioned in the verbal estimate but was done as part of the work. Reduction fitting replacement, inside the wall, was performed through the existing hole in the wall, without damaging the surrounding tile. Correctly checked for leaks in replaced pipes before leaving.

They were responsible, prompt and punctual. They did a good job and I would have him back.

I called on the weekend and we made an appointment on Monday morning. He came in and used an electric snake to clear the clog, which is pretty far from the kitchen sink. I then asked him to replace the broken socket under the sink. He recommended to replace the whole set with a metal one which will last long time, and gave me $25 discount for the combined work. Overall I'm very satisfied.

It took less than 5 minutes to unclog a drain so Elie asked if I wanted him to look at my basement and I said no. There were no other issues.

I am very happy with this company don't know what else to say.

Very happy. Hot water wouldn't shut turn off called several other plumbers who were too busy to come out. Elie was here the same day and made the repairs quickly and professionally.

The work was straight forward except for the water line. Unfortunately, the joist between the basement and the first floor were against the direction of the water line although Eli made every attempt to find a way to keep the piping between the floors. Eventually, I said just run it against the ceiling (it is the basement). The work was neatly done and Eli cleaned up at the end of the project. All the work was done in one day. Eli was easy to work with and very helpful with his suggestions.

It cost more than any one had expected, but he put a lot of time in to it and put everything back perfectly. It was a job well done and he was fabulous.

Gave me accurate estimate. Was efficient. Did not leave a mess. Did a good job. I will use again.
