I am a first-time caller to Elie's Plumbing. I got an immediate response. Within 1hr and 1/2 he was here to fix the tub faucet. Repairs were done immediately, quickly and reasonably. Elie left me being a very happy and pleased customer. I will call definitely call on Elie again and recommend him to my friends.

I called Elie in the morning after discovering a leak under my kitchen sink. He was able to come over later that day and quickly replaced the entire U-bend and pipe into the wall - they had completely corroded. He also fixed my dripping faucet. He and his assistant were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up and were gone in under an hour. This is the second time I"ve had Elie do work at my house and I recommend him whenever someone mentions plumbing problems.

I called Elie and was happy he personally answered on the first ring. He came to our house just two days after I called him. I had a list of issues I wanted him to investigate, and he diagnosed each one. He also fixed our outdoor faucet with a simple fix. Very efficient.

Called Elie first thing this morning and he managed to fit me in this afternoon. He took care of everything and was happy to explain what he was doing and why. It turned out that he did not need to snake one of the drains, and the sump pump was working after all -- he took the time to explain how I could check this myself in the future. His price was incredibly fair -- I've been charged $90 by some service providers just to show up, with any work added on to that charge. We will definitely use Elie again. We've been looking for a great plumber and have finally found one. Thanks Angie's List!

Elie stopped by to assess my situation a few hours after I called, and completed the installation two days later. He recommended a valve that would shut off inside the house. I had never heard of that before, but it sounded like a good idea, since it would prevent water freezing in the pipe. The work was done quickly and professionally, and for a lower cost than I had expected.

We had a gas leak, Elie came to take care of it and the job was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was fair. He also gave us a discount for being in Angie's List.
He first answered our email promptly, and then when we decided a date for him to come, he came on time, and solved our problem. That same day we had gas again! I am really happy we found him. Definitely, we will call him next time we have a plumbing/gas problem. Thanks, Elie!!

A valve on my hot water tank wasn't working properly. It was leaking water. The representative arrived early and replaced the valve. It took about 20 minutes.

Elie is truly a professional in every sense of the word and is looking out for what is best (and cheapest, where practical) for his customers. I had been so frustrated with our shower and commode problems, that I was ready to pay to have them completely replaced! Elie said for me to wait and see what other options might be available before we made that decision. Had he been the least bit unscrupulous, he would have made a good bit more money. By the time the work was done, Elie has not only become my plumber of choice, but also a friend. I highly recommend him to all.

He was punctual, and while he was there fixing the toilet for what I called for, he discovered that the toilet needed stabilization. He fixed that in the same visit as fixing my toilet that was running. He fixed the toilet with a 3 part process.

He was great and extremely prompt. He was professional and honest in his bit. There were a couple of other plumbers who refused to do the job because they thought they would break the sink as it was very old. He managed to do the job without damaging the sink. I thought his price was very reasonable compared to others I had spoken to. He was very responsive to my call. He was very flexible because he had to make arrangements with my tenants because I was not even there and he kept in touch with me for what was required. He did a free estimate and then he called and told me exactly what was required. He gave me an estimate that was based on time and again, because I wasn't there, I did to trust my tenant's evaluation of him and they were very positive about him also. He was reliable and he came when he said he was going to come. He charged what he said he was going to charge. It wasn't a cheap price but it was a fair price.

Elie finished up the work that a different company had started. He got everything done in a couple of hours. He is neat and cleaned up after himself. He came when he said he was going to come. He is very nice, professional, and courteous. He is really a pleasant guy.

Elie called that morning to confirm the time. He was on time and prepared. He went right to work and started the job. He is efficient and very knowledgeable. He provided an inservice on the hot water tank and how to maintain it for efficiency. His work area is clean and everything is in its place. I will be calling on Elie for future projects in my 100 year old home.

I've used Elie before and getting ahold of him was easy, as expected. It did seem that he didn't have immediate access to a scheduling tool in that it required 3 different calls to set something up, but given that I knew he'd be able to perform services within a week or so, I won't ding him for that. He arrived on time and promptly quoted a reasonable-sounding fee for part + labor and was finished in an hour. Everything works and looks fine. I consider him "my plumber" after 2 good experiences now.

Called Elie's plumbing on Mon. to schedule work on Tues. Elie was willing to come out same day, but I preferred the next day. I called back on Tues. and he came over within 30 min. I usually do my own plumbing, but I had been unable to break the clog with a plumber's snake, so needed professional help. Elie quickly sized up the situation, explained what he would do, and quoted a price. I said yes and he got to work with a power snake. He quickly broke through the clog and then installed new plastic drain trap under the sink to improve the flow. This involved updating the connection to the wall stub, which he did quickly and very nicely. He then turned his attention to the bathtub, which was draining very slowly. He spent some time working on this with the power snake and eventually was able to signficantly improve the flow. He installed a new cover plate on the drain control lever. The bathtub work, as well as the new sink trap, was a bonus that he threw in for very little extra charge.
