He fit me into his schedule on short notice and fixed the problem with no issues. He was kind, curteous, and knowledgable. He even cut out some old piping at no charge and resurrected our set tub. I will definately use him for all of my plumbing issues in the future!

The main plumbing problem turned out to be difficult to diagnose because much of it was inside a wall, but Elie proposed two options with different levels of expense, depending on whether we wanted to open up the wall or not. He explained the problem carefully and completely. His work was professional and neat.

I called Elie first thing in the morning about a clogged bathroom drain and he was able to come out that afternoon. He arrived when he said he would, sized up the problem, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and went right to work. After the plumbing problems were solved, he cleaned everything up and then spent some time cutting up some spare plywood he had on hand to reinforce the back of the bathroom cabinet! He was very polite and professional, and clearly knew his stuff. I was very happy with the whole experience and I will certainly use him again and recommend him to my friends.

I was very happy with his work. We had a slightly bad start when he forgot to drop in yesterday, but he was very apologetic, and promised to come by today instead. He understood exactly how to fix the pipes, quoted me the price before he started, offered to do the work immediately, and finished the job surprisingly quickly. I called the service provider re: a clogged drain in our near-century home. Service provider responded promptly, demonstrated expansive knowledge of issues presented by an older construction home, and cleared the drain. I will absolutely be calling him again as needs arise.

This was not an urgent issue so I had told Elie to call when he had extra time to address the faucets. It just happened that when he called to schedule an appointment, I happened to be at home because I had roofers in to replace my roof. He came the same day, and replaced the faucet and addressed an issue of a sporadically running toilet which I was concerned about. I have used Elie's services in the past and he is and has always been effective and efficient. I trust that he will not overcharge or charge for services I don't need. This is very important to me as a new widow who is not necessarily savvy about home repairs. Although, I know by the frequent calls on his cell phone, that Elie is very busy, while he is working at my home it is as if my plumbing job is the only job that matters. He takes the time to address all of my concerns and treats me like a human, not just a source of revenue.

Elie was able to come by the day after I called him, and came when he said he would. Identified the toilet problem and cleared the sink drain very quickly, and contacted another plumber on my behalf to find out his availability to work on the sewer. Very nice, mild-mannered, efficient. I will definitely hire him again.

He did it on Christmas morning and that was why I was so impressed with him. We called him and he breezed in over here, did some work, and replaced some things. It was awesome that he came out. I don?t recall the amount we paid but I know that it was reasonable. I liked his timeliness, his work and his pricing.

We called in the morning and he arrived at the appointed time. He quickly found both problems and did the repairs. He was prompt, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. His price was more than fair. He left the area clean and neat. I would use him again no questions asked.

I have had a slow draining bathroom sink for a few weeks, and was unable to find any clogs. Since the drain curves sharply in the wall, I was not able to snake it myself. I suspected that there might be a problem with the venting. My mistake - Elie used a power-snake to thoroughly clear the drain and uncovered a couple of nasty clogs. Removing these did the trick. He also cut out a corroding connection between the hot water supply line and the water heater, and soldered in a new length of pipe and connector. He stated the price for both jobs before beginning; I felt the pricing was fair. He performed the work quickly but carefully, cleaned up all spilled dirt/water. He was very friendly and gave me some advice about my water heater and plumbing-related issues. I was completely satisfied with his work and would recommend him without hesitation. I'll mention that he received several calls from other customers soliciting advice, even while he was working on my issues. It appears that he has plenty of other customers who trust his judgement/work. I will likely use his services again if/when they become necessary.

I used Elie once before so when the water heater went bad I just called in the morning and by that evening we had a new one. I get the impression that's the way he works. I called him the first time to fix a joint in a pipe that had been dripping water into a bucket on my kitchen floor for a couple of weeks while I pondered the simplicity and the cost of plumbers. (I didn't consider it an emergency ... just an annoyance with visions of major expense.) I confess, it was a test. Elie answered the phone, He said he could "swing by" that afternoon. He did. He replaced the coupling in about 20 minutes, cleaned up what little mess missed the bucket on the floor and gave me a discount for finding him on Angie's List. So, when the water heater went bad month or so later I just called, said "do it". He gave me a price and I said "do it," and by 6pm that evening he had done it and there was a new water heater in my basement. And that's what I call good and honest work.

There was one faucet worked when they left then started leaking again and came right back to repair it even though I told them they could come out at their convenience.

The plumber from Elie's (not Elie himself) showed up on time, and quickly repaired all of our slow moving & clogged drains. He also repaired our sink stopper, so that it no longer stayed permanently closed. Quick & efficient work, at a good price.

They did a very good job for me. I got an estimate from another company that was very high and he did the same work in a very reasonable price and saved a lot of money. He said that the parts were under warranty. He was very informative and provides a lot of good suggestions.

The whole process took place over a few days, intermittently, but was very saisfactory. Elie first brought a brochure for me to choose the type of kitchen faucet I wanted. After I chose the faucet, he ordered the faucet and then came to do the replacement. While replacing the faucet, while trying to undo the parts already in place, he accidentally damaged the sink. Elie replaced the stainless steel sink free of charge, and installed the faucet expertly. Afterwards, he repaired the upstairs bathroom faucet so that it works like it is supposed to.

He showed up the day he was called. Punctual. Professional. A quick fix to our drainage problem, but he stayed to do other little jobs (seal the furnace so no fumes leaked). Was in no rush to leave and we felt like he gave us great attention. This was all for a first-time client! He accepted the $10 Angie's List coupon no problem.

He fielded my call promptly and was out the same day. He was very professional and trust-worthy to have in my home. The work was immediately performed and I felt the price was reasonable for his 45mins of work and 30 mins of "travel" (to replace my old part with an exact match). His company is now under "plumber" in my phone as a testament.
