Don showed up exactly on time and was ready to go to work. My rugs are old, but he took time to make sure they looked brand new. He did the stairs by hand. His cleaning solution made the house smell fresh. I highly recommend this business!

The carpet in our home was terribly stained & dirty after our tenants moved out but Don took his time & really made them look 10x better. I could have had them steam cleaned by a more commercial company for $50 less but he was well worth the extra money!

Don was very knowledgeable and knows his fabrics/carpet. Customer service was at a level not found in todays world of service. After the carpet dried there were a couple spots that needed additional attention. I called Don and he was back within 2 days to HAND treat each area. Don was friendly and did not seem aggravated (at all) to come back. He also did my living room furniture and it looks like the day I bought it. I really like that he uses environmentally friendly products and his business is a multi-generational family operation.

We hired Don to clean all the carpets in our new home before we moved in. They were quite dirty from the prior move-out. Don was very friendly, responsive, and great to work with. He made the carpets look completely new and I thought he did a very high quality job. We would hire him again next time we decide to have the carpets cleaned.

Don came on time. Great price on carpet!! The carpet looks and smells wonderful. I also got the furniture done (sofa, loveseat, & chair), I feel that Don rushed to get the furniture done, there are still stains in all three pieces and I really thought they would come out. My furniture is microfiber and Don stated they were the best kind of furniture to get stains out. I would recommend Don to clean carpets, but not furniture.

"furniture had some pop stains with food coloring.Food coloring is a dye.Customer also tried to remove some stains with a harsh cleaner that discolored fabric dyes.Did best I could given condition of furniture."

Don couldn't be easier to deal with: prompt and polite. After cleaning carpet look good and clean with most spots removed. Don is using rotating brushes machine, but NO VACUUM to pull dirty water out of carpet. Question is: where all that dirt and water from cleaning goes?????? It's still in and under your carpet, I guess!!!! My carpet was WET for three (3) days under cleaning and when I walk on it , my white socks were "black" in 30 sec. !!!

"customer was too cheap to replace very old,very dirty rental carpet.Was told only possible way to save carpet was to saturate.my shampoo needs to be not extracted to allow decomposition of soils.would have to clean that carpet 3-4times due to amount of soil,dryvac after each cleaning."

Don went on and on about how he works by himself and this was his father's business, etc. I did not really need him to go on about that after the first time. His organic products did a good job. The carpet looks okay. His price is a little high for the time he spent here. He started at 9:30 and was done by a little after 10:00 AM. That works out to almost $300 per hour. If I hadn't emptied bookcases and moved small pieces of furniture, Many areas of the carpet would not have been cleaned.

Don has done wonderful work for my parents who have 3 dogs and a cat. He is very attentive to phone calls and timely in his arrival. If he is running late, he lets them know. I would hightly recommend him for getting rid of pet odors of all kindsl

Don was here on time, the project ( two bedrooms, two wool area carpet plus two small are carpet) was completed in one hour. No wonder! He did not move any furniture, rushed the job. His fees was very HIGH for ONE HOUR job. I used Don's service because the other recommendations. However, next time I would check other carpet cleaner's price and service and certainly I could do the area rugs myself. I would not recommend Don's Carpet Restoration LLC to others because of his high hourly rate.

"I completed everything the customer asked me to do. Moved all furniture the customer asked me to move. The customer was satisfied with the job. Also 4 oriental rugs were done on site. The customer was a nightmare. She paid the price that was agreed upon prior to starting the job and she was satisfied with the results."

Have a cat that was not using his liter box but the carpet instead. No matter what I used I could not gt rid of the smell. To me the smell was so bad that my eyes would burn. Don Peters of Don's Carpet restoration came out and cleaned our carpet and removed the smell. I can once again use my living room. Would definitely call Don again. It has been over a week, carpet is dry and no smell. Thank you Don, you really have a good product. Over the counter pet odor removal products do not work but his did.

Don did a great job and was very thorough, I couldn't be happier with the job he did. I had two little dogs that have had MANY accidents in the house and the smell is COMPLETELY gone. I have used commercial carpet cleaners before and no one was able to get rid of the smell. If you have pets I recommend buying an extra gallon or two of his formula, you won't regret it!
