BOB IS A PERFECTIONIST, AND APPRECIATES NICE FURNITURE - HE WAS UNWILLING TO CUT MY NEW HEADBOARD WITHOUT AT LEAST TRYING TO DO WHAT PROFESSIONAL MOVERS COULDN'T! I WILL DEFINITELY CALL BOB IF I EVER NEED ANY FURNITURE REFINISHED OR REUPHOLSTERED.

USED TOO MUCH FABRIC AND UPHOLSTERED WITH FABRIC INSIDE OUT. THEY TOLD ME TO BUY 9 YARDS OF FABRIC AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS TOO MUCH BUT I DID. THE CHAIR RETURNED AND SO DID 6 AND 2/3 YARDS OF THE FABRIC. THE SEAMS WERE SEWN IN UNEVEN STRIPS. THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DID OFFER TO REDUE THE CHAIR BUT I DONT EXPECT IT TO BE ANY BETTER.
