Conserv-Air Co.

Matt gave me an estimate and after considering two other companies I contracted with Conserv-Air to replace my well worn a/c. Price was comparable to others but Matt was not pushy and was enthisiastic about his product. Install was performed on one of the hottest days of the year but Matt came through and performed admirably as does the Daikin a/c installed. The install relocated the unit so noise wouldn't be an issue on the patio. Matt eliminated about 10 ft of unneeded tubing by rerouting the tubing closer to the relocated unit and not adding an unsightly tubing run across the back of the house. Other companies didn't even suggest that method. The unit is so quiet that had we not chosen to move the unit, noise would not have been an issue. It's really that quiet. House cooled down nicely with the unit cycling on and off regularly; the old unit ran continuously on hot days and never lowered the temp to a comfortable level. Efficiency claims yet to be proven but will come with the electric bill. I don't doubt that cooling bills will be lower all things considered. Consider me a happy customer and I will certainly call Conserv-Air when the furnace requires service or replacement. And I was not compensated in any way for these comments.

They came out on a Sunday and didn't charge me $135, which is a price I got from somewhere else. Did as much work as could be done on a Sunday, which was replace the thermocouple. Then another technician came out on Monday at 9 to finish the job. Fast work, good job, nice people. AND the first guy came back to my house to give me 2 space heaters to use. I've recommended them on Facebook and on Nextdoor, an area neighborhood site.

They worked hard to get my new furnace installed in time (same day) for my kids to be able to come home to a warm house. They explained the process very well, and they took it upon themselves to check up with me on two separate occasions to see how the system was running.

Honestly told me what I was dealing with, free inspection with affordable financing.

My heat went out and they responded very quickly at a reasonable price. It is fixed but I will have to replace my furnace and when I do, this Company will get the job.

they took my money, and never came back to install the filter box or the themostat, i had to call them several and hound them to finsih the job
