It was -5 and the heat went out. I called at 6:45 a.m. and again at 9:30 a.m. I was told they were in a meeting until 10. Huh? In the middle of winter! Called back at 11:30. They were surprised Billy hadn't been there yet. Apparently he slept in. He finally showed up at noon. This is a family business - now. Won't be at this rate. Even asked the owner to contact me and never heard from him.
