Description of Work: Work was done as agreed and in one day with no problems. Based on six proposals this was the least expensive and materials provided were the same as a bidder that was much higher in price. I recommend this company.

Description of Work: Collins Heating installed a high efficiency furnace and humidifier, as well as cleaning out our air ducts. Mr. Collins came out and gave us a quote. He was courteous and informative, without any pressure at all. The installers were polite. They cleaned the ducts and installed the heater without incident. Things looked good when they left. We would purchase from this provider again.

I know winter is here now and we are out of the air conditioning season, but when it heats up again, please let me know if you need anything. I hope you had luck with finding and recovering your money from the previous contractor. Its unbelievable that there are contractors that will take your money and leave you in a bad situation in the hottest part of the summer.
