Description of Work: Hose thread on the male end broke and was partly stuck in a hose reel. Staff removed the piece and refused to charge for the service. The hose reel was again usable (and is now connected to the faucet in our front yard).He was very helpful and professional. I bought the parts to replace the male end of the hose (and to repair another hose), with staff quickly showing me what I needed (much faster than a big box store).
