The price they quoted me was $3100 for that work and it was about $200 more than the other company?s quote. He actually came out to the house whereas the other company did not and that makes a difference. I liked that they would actually come out to the house, measure the windows and give you a quote unlike the other company that gave us a quote. They were good.

They have done great work and we are pleased with it. They are very helpful and pleasant to work with.

The company was a pleasure to do business with. They came out quickly to provide an estimate and it was better than any other I received. They arrived promptly and completed the job quickly (which was a bonus, as it was a cold day). They did a very nice job with the windows and I haven't had any problems since. I would recommend them to family and friends.

From the time I called the people at Castle Glass were very helpful. I described the location of the window on the house, and they stopped out without 24 hours to measure the window and give me an estimate. They had to order the glass due to the type of window, and were spot on with their delivery estimate. They were also very accommodating with their scheduling given the impending July 4th holiday. The installer (I wish I had gotten his name) was incredibly polite and cleaned up after himself to the point that you could not tell he was there. This was the second time I have used their services.

We went to the store and looked at the products. We went over the different types of stalls that could be used. When our construction was ready for the shower stall we called Mike Selby back and he took the measurements and told me he would call the next day with some prices for the different stalls. He called as promised. We went on vacation the following week and called Mike upon our return and asked him to order the glass for our chosen stall. He did, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. Instructions were given on when to begin use of the shower and how and when to begin cleaning it. I was extremely pleased with the price and quality of the shower as well as the installation of it. I called Castle Glass for an estimate to replace the glass in my sliding door. I provided the approximate size of the glass and they quote me a price of $400. I wanted to go ahead and get the glass replaced. They came out the next day to get exact measurements and called me back that day confirming the price was as quoted. I received a call the following week as they promised, scheduled the installation the following week based on my schedule. They were running slightly behind schedule but called me 30 minutes prior to when they were to arrive to inform me they were running late and check if that would be a problem. They arrived within the time they stated and quickly completed the installation. They were very professional and took every precaution and care to make sure they did not mark any of the woodwork, walls, or floors as they pulled the sliding door out of its track, carried it outside to replace the glass pane, brought it back in and placed the door back in its track. They spread heavy quilted blankets on the floor and removed their shoes when coming into my home. Exceptional care was take by these gentlemen. Outstanding services.

The estimate went very smoothly. They then called once the glass was ready and set up a time to come and install the windows. They had to remove the window in the bathroom. They were quick and the clean up was fantastic. Good job, and reasonably priced.

Completion was delayed because of a problem with the company that performed the tempering process. As a result, I was not required to pick up the glass (as I expected), but it was delivered to me. When there was a problem with the fit of the glass on the table, they promptly came to my house and repaired it. I think the people at this company went out of their way to provide excellent customer survice.

Mike accommodated my schedule by coming out on a Saturday to give me a quote and formalize a design to mirror the back wall of my master bathroom. Since the wall was wide and a notch was needed to accommodate a partition, multiple pieces of glass were needed. Mike used a bit of creativity to ensure that the job not only was installable but beautiful as well. The installers were on time and took care to minimize tracking the Cleveland weather into the house. Though they were relatively clean while working in the bathroom, afterwards I had to wipe up the floor and tub areas where crumbs of grout and drywall dust had fallen. It was a little more debris than I expected, but nothing I would lower their rating over. I was not dismayed by this since I always expect to clean up after contractors. :-)

They were very prompt and the pricing was reasonable. I was amazed to see them work, they did it was such efficiency.

They did an excellent job. I was most happy because another contractor had told me that the repair could not be done. When Castle Glass was able to successfully complete the repair I was quite pleased. Their price was very good, and everything was wonderful.

Castle Glass was wonderful. I called them and they came out on the same day to take measurements. They were very punctual and they had a very reasonable price. They were very clean and professional. They even took their shoes off when they came in my home. They worked very quickly and they did an excellent job.

I accidentally knocked out one of the glass panes in our back door on a Tuesday morning. Because it's an exterior door and it's pretty cold outside, I needed it fixed quickly. I called Castle Glass Tuesday afternoon. Though they couldn't get anyone over Tuesday before the end of the day, they came over Wednesday morning and replaced the pane in about 15-20 minutes. They were both very nice and courteous. Quite a bit of paint was chipped off our door where they put the pane in, but I don't think that couldn't have been avoided, as they also had to pry the remaining pieces of glass out of the door.

I ended up having a friend help me out. Did not use them.

Just fine! They came out and looked at window without me needing to be there and called 2 days later with a quote. They were able to schedule work within 10 days. Crew arrived when promised, were friendly and helpful and did the job well. They left no mess and offered to help put back furniture I had moved away from the window.

I was having new tile put on my walls and Castle Glass made sure the shower doors were taken down correctly. They did a wonderful job even though they had to wait for the tiling guys to get done. They were very professional.

Two gentlemen from Castle Glass showed up the day after I called and took measurements. I was given an estimate the next day and we decided to have them do the job. We waited about a week for the glass-we were told about the time frame. Two men came out and did a great job installing the windows.

Overall, the experience was very good. The salesperson was very pleasant and the glass was ready in about 1 or 2 days. My only complaint is that I had asked about getting the corners rounded and I was told that it would be an extra charge. I said OK to the extra but then they said that they could do a slight round for no charge. When I picked up the glass though, the corners were not really rounded at all. However, they were not sharp either and that was my main concern. The glass does look great on my tables.

The work was done promptly and professionally. The results were excellent on both projects. The cost was very fair. The company understands the concept of customer service!

The job went really well. The workers showed up, almost exactly at the time that the told me they would, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were extremely professional and pleasant. The window looks great!
