Cardinal Maids

I have been using Cardinal Maids for just about a year and they do a great job! The ladies are always courteous and get the job done. They always request you check the areas cleaned before leaving to make sure it is done to your satisfaction. The office staff is also great and very accommodating!

Nice crew. Clear pricing. Very clear terms and they did a good job. Not grandma clean but they worked hard. They were no shows at the next appt. They were 2.5 hrs late before we canceled. We never got a call so we had to reach out to them to find out what happened. Might hire again for one off services.

Our crew was wonderful! We couldn’t be more thankful for their help deep-cleaning our whole house after a stressful move-out process. They made things so easy and were kind about our situation. They went above and beyond to make our house sparkle before we put it on the market for sale. We liked them so much we hired them again a few weeks later for help cleaning the basement once we were all done packing that disaster area (quite a task that we couldn’t handle ourselves) and they did an amazing job yet again. Cardinal Maids is fantastic! We have been using their services for a couple of months, and their crew always does a fantastic job. This is such an improvement from a cleaning girl we had previously used... a crew gets the job done faster and better. They are extremely flexible, too. I recently had a baby, and I emailed Adam to have a cleaning crew out to our house while my husband and I were in the hospital. I sent the email Thursday around 8:30 pm, and Adam had a crew out Saturday afternoon. It was so nice to come home to a clean house with our toddler and newborn! I highly recommend Cardinal Maids.

It really pains me to have to write this review because the maids were very nice. After having a tenant move out, I hired Cardinal Maids to clean the home. I paid for their extra deep cleaning service because I knew the house wasn’t in the best of shape. The maids neglected to clean under the beds, the blinds and the area between the refrigerator and counter space (an easily accessible area). There are also cobwebs in corners of walls and my baseboards are dirty. When I called to complain- Adam, the gentleman who answered was very defensive. He offered me a 15%discount which was inappropriate since they claim a money back guarantee on their website. I didn’t ask for a refund, just that they come back and Uphold their end of the contraNow- to be fair, they did clean an extra bedroom (which I told them they didn’t have to clean since it was barely used). Based on the reviews on this site, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, after speaking with the owner- this has become one of my worst experiences as a consumer. As a professional and business owner, I expected things to be handled in a more appropriate manner. I have attached photos.

Except for the first cleaning, which was well done, we have had Melissa as the team leader for all our work. She is reliable, trustworthy, and very responsive to special instructions and requests. I have been pleased with the quality of the work, especially for a reasonable price, in comparison to other service that I have used. Although we usually take our small dog out of the house during the cleaning because of his anxiety when strangers are in the house, Melissa has been accommodating when our dog has been present. My one wish is that the cleaning teams could be more consistent; so far there has been a new member each time. Nevertheless, I am still very satisfied with the job done. Additionally, I can reach Cardinal Maids quickly and easily by phone, text, or email. They respond promptly and are willing to adjust the schedule in whatever way I need.

Although I have had some complaints about the work performed, and less so about the methods, I am very happy with the service from Cardinal Maids. The team has been led by Melissa since the second cleaning (in May), and she is very professional, efficient, and responsive to concerns and requests. She takes full responsibility for however the team performs. Cardinal Maids has also been easy to contact and accommodating when I have needed to make schedule changes. She and others also manage well with my anxious dog (and his hair). The most recent cleaning, completed by Melissa and Stephanie, was the best yet, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. I was especially pleased because we hosted a house/dogsitter for several days and I wanted everything ship-shape. It was.

One of the few cleaning companies that had that capacity for me to book online and pay without speaking to a physical person was a plus. They are very responsive to e-mails which is important when you're trying to juggle multiple projects at the same time. We hired Cardinal Maids for a move out clean earlier this week and the apartment was spotless after they left. The last thing we wanted to worry about was cleaning after we had just moved into our new house. Given their pricing, flexibility, and responsiveness, I will not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.
