THE PRICE IS FAIR, HE IS THERE ON TIME, AND HE COMMUNICATES VERY WELL. VERY NICE GUY AND RESPONSIBLE. WE HAVE WORKED WITH HIM FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS. WE ARE ON CONTRACT AND THAT INCLUDES TWO INSPECTIONS A YEAR.
