The only part of the job that has been done was saying "Do not worry..." Ted has sent me derogatory messages with implications to my origins calling me a "scumbag" following with "immigration" and "deportation" slurs. It ended up with a local police department restricting his access to my property. I paid Ted $2300 + what I spent for the grossly underestimated amount of top soil which Ted claimed was enough. He kept pushing for another $1300 in the bulling manner. I ended up hiring a well established landscaping company - their workers were shocked with the job Ted did The would redo the whole lawn. Avoid and save yourself time, money and frustration.
