The contractor reached out to me with a phone message, apologizing for the communication snafu. They made a strong effort to set this right, but I have already selected another contractor for the work.

|On installation day, their installers arrived on time with assembled windows ready for installation. They worked carefully, and they finished the job in a little less than 4 hours. The coal chute replacement was difficult owing to its placement behind existing furnace ductwork, but the installers worked through the problem deliberately without taking any shortcuts. We are entirely happy with their workmanship, the quality of their materials, and our now considerably warmer basement. I would hire this company again.

Work was done in time we were advised it would take.
Installer was efficient, friendly, knowledgable and cleaned up after himself so it looked like he was never there.
I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing block windows.
