AGENTS OFFICE WAS MESSY AND HE WAS VERY DISORGANIZED--COULD NOT FIND MY FILE DURING MY APPT. I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE GETTING AN AUTO POLICY WITH THIS CO. (EVEN THOUGH I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED A 20% DISCOUNT) BECAUSE I WAS ASKED TO SIGN A FORM THAT HAD INCORRECT INFORMATION REGARDING PREVIOUS CLAIMS. THE AGENT SAID THAT THE COMPUTER AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED THE DATA THAT WAY.
