They were going to come between 12-4 pm. 3:55 pm they called and asked if they should come. I said 'Yes' in spite of the lateness. Left being paid $257.00 and with everything working. Except it didn't! Next day, furnace (heat) turned off after ca 3 minutes on, regardless of thermostat setting. I asked them to come back and fix the problem. They could not come the next day, only the day after, in spite of them having screwed up. They came and discovered that the flame sensor was broken. Jury-rigged it and would get back to me next day regarding spare sensor. Did not get back to me. It took two telephone calls from me to get them to call back to tell me that installing the sensor would cost in the upper two hundreds of dollars. I said "I will think about it." In the meantime, I discovered a slow water leak when the air-conditioning was going. Never happened before (water normally drips via a pipe into a drain; never a problem). I have still not been able to identify the source of the leak. Why do I not ask them to come back and fix it? Because they will never set foot in my house again!

The service tech was nice.  The repair was done fine but they never told me how much it would be until the end.  If you want to get ripped off call Sam.  They came out and installed a part more than twice as expensive than a normal part without telling me first.  Then there only solution is tell me to pay them 98.50 and have the part removed or pay for the part that is double.  The part, turbo 200  capacitor, is on Amazon for about $60.   They charged 186 for it but because I complained they took off 10%.  It's sad but you just can't trust them.

They have always been honest, fair, reliable, and professional. Instead if doing what makes them the most money they have always give me options and when asked for their opinion even recommended the less expensive option. They always take time to educate me and are as patient as saints!

We're the caretakers for our cousin's house in South Euclid. Recently the renter moved out. When we checked the house last Sunday, we discovered the furnace had died and a water pipe broke and the house was flooded. A-All Comfort Heating and Cooling came out promptly, could not repair the 25-year old furnace and recommended replacing it. This was on Monday. We decided to go with a good furnace--not the best-- and today, Wednesday, the furnace was installed.  They were prompt, professional, friendly, and worked hard.  Within four hours the furnace was in, the heat on, the drying out process started, and the old furnace removed.  We did have a plumber out on Tuesday and he capped the broken pipe--that still remains to be repaired, but for now it's o.k.  We'll have the plumber back when the house isn't a popsicle any more.

Very well.  This company came at the recommendation of another Angie's list company that I had originally called to discuss my situation.  I am pleased with the work to date, and would definitely hire them again.

I thought they were very efficient putting the unit in, but the unit does make a knocking sound & runs a little more than I think it should. When I spoke with them about it, they told me why it was doing this and I haven't been able to get them to come back out to take a look at it. Their prices were excellent though, they were very professional and l would possibly use them again in the future.

THEY DID THE WORK ON TIME, NEATLY AND THE WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

ESTIMATE WAS LOWER THAN ACTUAL COST. BUT HAD TO DO EXTRA DUCT WORK. (MEMBER WAS FINE WITH THAT) THE DUCT WORK THAT HE DID NOT CHANGED HE CLEANED IT OFF AND REUSED WHICH SAVED THE MEMBER MONEY.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR OTHER HEATING CONCERNS. VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL.
