I was assigned this company by my home warranty company with a $100 deductible. I was skeptical at first, because he had no AngiesList review. I contacted him with my issue (AC wouldn't kick on, and it was starting to get hot in the house - with a toddler at home, we were getting concerned). He came out at 7pm, well after his normal working hours, and spent about 1.5 hours trying to find the problem. Turns out, a wire was disconnected in the furnace relay by another provider during a "furnace tuneup." Simply reconnecting that solved the problem. He said he felt bad taking the full $100 for such a simple problem so just asked for $50, instead. I am happy with his punctuality, willingness to come out after hours, and fairness in asking for payment. I'll definitely use him for future work (both in- and out-of-warranty)!
