TDS Lawn Maintenance is owned and operated by Todd Sams. Todd is a 1992 graduate of Morehead State University with a B.S. in Agriculture with an emphasis in horticulture and agronomy. He has over 22 years experience in the lawn care industry, having owned a lawn care business in Florida from 1992 to 2007. TDS Lawn Care serves the southwest Ohio area including the suburbs south of Dayton and all of Warren, Clinton, Butler, Greene, Hamilton, Clermont, and Brown counties. I take a personal interest in every lawn and guarantee that your lawn will have the best possible care. To ensure the safe application of all fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides, Todd is certified and licensed by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources in lawn fertilization and herbicide and insecticide applications. TDS Lawn Care does not require a contract for our services. You are obligated only for those services which you have requested and we have performed. You many cancel your service at any time with a phone call. TDS Lawn Care offers personalized service. Because Todd services your lawn himself, he will become familiar with your lawn and its needs. We use only the highest quality granular products on your lawn and we service it as if it is our own. If your lawn doesn’t look good, we don’t look good.
