We had our home built by Zeinner Homes in 1998. By 2005, the roof was leaking badly. We contacted Joe Zeinner, and he agreed to come out and look at the roof. Without getting on the roof (a two story home) he determined that the roof was fine. I insisted that he return and actually examine the roof from the surface of the roof itself. He did, at which point he agreed it was in bad shape. After filing a claim with the shingle manufacturer and collecting compensation from them, Joe agreed to replace the roof, and repair any damaged substrate. He signed a contract with us agreeing to have work completed by May 31, 2006. The shingles were delivered on June 4. Needless to say the work was not completed in a timely manner. After taking him to court twice, the work was finally completed in late October. Joe is a nice guy, but the man cannot manage a schedule to save his life. Even after the roof was done we had to call him back out to repair a leak in one spot, which he did.
