Window Service
They installed 2 windows with the mullions and the other 3 without. I needed all 5 to have these in them, so they were to order them and get back with me. I had waited about 6 weeks before I called them to see what was going on. I then called 2 more times and they said they were on order and now I cannot get a hold of anyone and have not received the mullions for the other 3 windows. At the time they installed the windows they said they would refund $200 if we did not have them install the mullions and we turned them down.
