WHITE OAK MOWER SALES & SERVICE

When I stopped by the mechanic brought  the trimmer out to me and ran it.  Get it home and it doesn't start.   Take it back up and they keep it for another week.  Again no call.  Stop in and mechanic brings it out and it does the exact same thing it was doing when I brought it in over a month ago.  He takes it back to the shop and brings it out and runs it for a few seconds.  I get it home and it cuts out again.  He likely used starter fluid to get it going while I was there.  Obviously they did not know how to repair it which happens BUT to charge me for doing nothing is beyond poor customer service, it's robbery.

I don't know what happened to the quality customer service?  They sent me a coupon in Feb-March 2015 for discounted service for my new Husqvarna tractor ....  took many, many, many, many weeks to get through by phone (voice mail messages not accepted), then my name and number was taken and I was told someone would get back to me.  I had a warranty issue I wanted them to address with my equipment.  Now, lawn season is almost OVER and no one bothered to call me back and I've missed having my equipment serviced this year.  Very disappointed with White Oak Lawn Mower right now.

Great job and very flexible on pickup and delivery scheduling.  When rider blade belt later stopped working for some weird reason, they sent someone out right way to check the problem, and he was able to find and fix the issue immediately.  I was very pleased with the service this company has provided for my Toro Rider ... I've worked with them in the past and will gladly give them my business in the future.

 

The facility was extremely clean and employees courteous each time I was there. They gave an estimate of cost and time to fix the mower. Although I feel they were pricey (especially the parts), I was satisfied with the work performed.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY & LOADED IT IN THE TRUCK FOR ME. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 10 TO 15 DAYS- THIS WAS JULY 26TH SO I KNEW IT WAS A BUSY TIME. I DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING UNTIL I CALLED AROUND SEPTEMBER 10TH & THEY SAID, "OH WE JUST GOT THAT DONE LAST NIGHT." EVEN DURING THE BUSY SEASON, THAT'S A LONG TIME.

STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS. SERVICE WAS VERY EFFECTIVE, THE MOWER WORKS FINE NOW. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED BEING TOLD WHAT HAD BEEN WRONG WITH THE MOWER WHEN I PICKED IT UP, BUT PERHAPS THE PERSON THAT SERVICED IT WASN'T THERE AT THE TIME.

VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE. KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND FOR WHICH MOWER, REASONABLE PRICE, PROMPT COUNTER SERVICE. CONVENIENT LOCATION, CLEAN SHOP!
