My experience was good, but the written estimate was very vague. The guy knew what he was talking about and was professional.

I thought they were good across the board. They were professional. I priced the window from two other places, and they were in the ball park. They were very courteous. They came dressed in uniform. They cleaned up after themselves. I recommended them to two other neighbors and they are very pleased with the work as well.

They showed up on time and followed up after a couple of days with an emailed estimate. The estimate was higher than others, so I am waiting to hear from my insurance company on what they will cover.

I contacted Western Hills Window Co. for a free estimate. Keith Laymance examined and measured my backdoor. He offered a different way to replace the door. He said he did not have to replace the whole door frame and mess with the vinyl siding. And he said it would probably be cheaper than the other estimates I received. He was right. He answered all of our questions. He said he had the exact door in his showroom and we checked it out. he door was ordered and came in about six weeks later. Gary installed the door. He was very polite, explained that I may need to do some touch-up paint on my interior trim because he did have to take it off. I did not find any major nicks. He was friendly and cleaned up after he finished installing the door properly. I am very pleased with their service.

I AM PLEASED WITH THE RESULT. THEY CAME AND DID THE WORK WHEN THEY SAID SEVEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOOK THE OLD DOOR AWAY. THEY SHOWED ME HOW THE BLIND WORKED INSIDE THE WINDOW.

The initial sales person was pleasant and informative. Cost was comparable to other estimates. Installers were prompt and courteous. The work caused very little disruption within the home. All construction mess was cleaned up before they departed. We are extremely pleased with our windows.

FANTASTIC! They were fast and professional and courteous and the most affordable that we found. I drive by them every day on my way to work (wanted to stay local) so took a chance so to speak (I did not know anyone else who had gone to them)and it paid off.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MULTIPLE JOBS, AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY. THEY WERE REQUIRED TO DO EXTRA WORK RE-FRAMING THIS DOOR FOR INSTALLATION, AND DID NOT CHARGE MORE THAN QUOTED.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MULTIPLE TIMES FOR BOTH DOORS, AND WINDOWS. WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY. THE WORKMANSHIP IS PROFESSIONAL, AND THE PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE.

THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME MORE FOR THE EXTRA WORK. THEY WERE EXTREMELY KIND.

I SHOPPED AROUND A LOT. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SELECTION AND SERVICE. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR ASSISTANCE. ABLE TO PROVIDE QUICK SERVICE.

THEY DIDNT COME ON THE ORIGINAL AGREED UPON DAY BUT THEY CALLED TO APOLOGIZE AND I DO BELIEVE IT WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE. I WOULD CALL THEM AGIN IF I NEEDED WINDOWS.

THE ADVERTISEMENT READS EMPLOYEES ARE FACTORY TRAINED. THE ACTUAL INSTALLER WAS TRAINED AT A LOCAL VOCATIONAL SCHOOL AND HAD VERY LITTLE EXPERIENCE WITH PROBLEM AREAS. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR SIDING.

I LOVE MY DOORS. WHEN THEY INITIALLY CAME OUT, THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF EXPLAINING EVERYTHING. THEY ALSO GAVE US THE OPTION OF LEAVING TO OUTSIDE DOOR OFF UNTIL WE GOT THE INTERIOR DOOR PAINTED. THAT WAS NICE TO OFFER A SECOND TRIP TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR US.

THE INSTALLATION CREW REALLY CARED ABOUT THE WORK. THEY ALSO DID NO DAMAGE TO OUR MANY PLANTINGS & PATIO FLOWERS. WE THOUGHT THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER INSTALLATION, AND WH WINDOW WAS QUITE PROMPT IN RETURNING TO FIX THE DOOR.

CHECK SIZE OF WINDOWS BEFORE INSTALLING, EXPECTED THEM TO BE LARGER, MY FAULT.
