We had just had the furnace cleaned about a week earlier, NOT through the home warranty. The person from United noticed the filters were filthy, something the first person had not mentioned. He was able to restart the furnace, and showed us how to do it if it stopped working again. He also arranged to come back to replace a couple of parts. We talked with him about options for furnace replacement, he was helpful and full of information. A good experience.
