Terrible I made a huge mistake paying 485.00 for 2 guys 1 well he was working the 2 guy omg out of 5 boxes packed I did 3 of them. All together I had 7 large sized storage bags and 5 boxes it took 2 hours to do. I scheduled it for 4 hours and told them stop I've had enough of watching my money go down the drain. I'll never tell anyone to go there for their services or will I ever go back to use them to move.

They came the next day, right on time, loaded it up quickly and we’re on their way. They let my sister know when they were close, and delivered it into her house. Super nice guys. Job well done.

Price was pretty much in line with most everybody else.  They were above average. They were really quick. Our house was done really quick and they were able to work us in. They were a little late but they called to let us know.

The original guys were pretty awful. The main reason I called them was to remove a refrigerator. They didn't tell us to unhook it and then they started trying to move a futon without taking it apart. They parked in the street. You get a flat fee for 3 hours on a Saturday and then they charge you extra afterwards. We finally got the refrigerator done and he called and says I got good news and bad news; I'm not gonna charge you extra money but the bad news is we couldn't move the refrigerator out of your house. And then  my son calls and says their battery is dead on their truck, so it was in the middle of the street dead. then they moved everything in here and left. They called the next day and wanted to know how it went. They were an hour late. No one told us we needed to take apart things. So she sent 2 new people out to move the refrigerator no charge. So they immediately took care of the problem. The guys came the next day and removed the doors from the refrigerator and moved it and moved another refrigerator that was in the house to the garage. They were here 3-4 hours no charge. The first move was terrible but they immediately took care of the problem so that was good. They just kept working until they got it figured out and got it done.

we didn't use them.  they gave us a quote of 1500 and we had the move booked for the 23rd.  they even came out to the house to complete the bid.  we called to confirm and they said that the bid didn't include boxes.  just moving the furniture.  now they doubled the bid, because of the boxes (doesn't everyone have boxes) we need two trucks.  now we are desperate to find someone to move us.  we have to be out by the 23rd.  would never recommend them.

We have used two men and a truck a couple of times within the last 10 years and had good experiences with the company. This move, however, didn't go as well. The movers were courteous and showed up on time. They moved the items to the destination, but in the process broke one of our landscaping lights that line our walkway and lost a power cord from a lift recliner chair (that depends on the power source in order to operate chair). The movers didn't mention the light, and we didn't discover the broken light until the next day. My wife contacted the company and talked with a Christine on Monday the 16th of December and was told the manager would contact her that day after he was finished with an interview. He didn't. My wife called back two more times with the same result: no one talked to her about the damage and nothing was done. The unfinished business deal was very unprofessional in our book. To make an excuse every time why the manager could not return the phone call is poor business. So poor, that we will never do business again with this company.

Courteous movers but damaged the paint, drywall, and baseboards of the old house. They also damaged multiple items during transport/moving into the new house: Deep scratches in our wooden bed rails, kids toy kitchen, and left 5-6 foot grooves in our new hardwood floors. Notified the movers of the damages, he filled out a form and said and quot;so and soand quot; will call about the damages. A week went by without hearing from the company. I called and complained, and quot;this is the 1st time I've heard of this...I'll look into it.and quot; (This will be a recurring phrase) another week goes by without contact. Their reply was, and quot;I apologize about and quot;so and soand quot; not calling, I'll take over this claim. Our wood guy will schedule an appt to see how we can fix it.and quot;
Two weeks go by with no contact from the company or wood repair guy. I called AGAIN...and quot;oh your claim rep doesn't work here anymore, I'll take over your claim.and quot; Finally scheduled an inspection. The repair-man was really nice but basically said a lot of the movers are terrible. He stated the damages were unrepairable. He was meeting with the office staff tomorrow and would specifically mention our claim. A week goes by without communication, I called again and finally spoke to the branch manager who Also stated this is the 1st time I've heard of this and will look into it. I did not hear back after 3 days and called back once more. He apologizes and stated that I need to schedule an appt with their wood guy. I told him he's been out and supposedly spoke with your office last week/10 days ago! and quot;Oh that's rightand quot; he says ,and quot;our situation normally involves cash settlement, how much we're you thinking?and quot; I replied that I had no idea due to all the damage. He replies with, and quot;how does $500 sound?and quot; I laughed and said thats how much the toy kitchen was valued at and the floor damage was a minimum of $5000! He said he needed to speak with his boss, the regional manager. I asked for a direct number and he says he's always in the office so I can call that number. He says give him by 2pm tomorrow and I'll have and answer for you and call you back. Two days later I called him and said you never called me back. He apologized and said the best he could do was refund our moving costs. I can have a check cut today and sent out tomorrow. 10 days have come and gone with no signs of restitution. I called on tuesday, July 2nd, and the receptionist said he wasn't in and won't be in until next week. She said she would email him about my displeasure. It has been 7 weeks since the move and still no conclusion to this fiasco. I'm calling tomorrow, Monday, July 8th to see if they'll even forward my calls to this clown and mess they call a moving company

They could not figure out how to get our refrigerator OUT of our old house and after HOURS called in a third guy. Then, they tried to carry new house refrigerator down the basement steps and got stuck on the landing and had to come back up. In the process, they dented and scraped all 3 doors of the Samsung french door refrigerator and dented the wooden steps and marked up the wall and scraped the banister. Later, when we plugged in the refrigerator, it no longer worked.
All of this took the and quot;moversand quot; FIVE HOURS. They were kind enough to only charge me for four hours ($451.00). They had estimated that for the number of appliances and distance of the move, it would take approximately two hours.
They sent over someone to repair damage to steps, walls, and banister. They would not return my calls about the refrigerator.
A month after all this, they said they could not have caused that damage, but offered me $100. I lost my cool. They called a repairman. Repairman didn't work on Samsungs. They called another one. Now I could tell you how the idiots ordered the wrong parts for a non-Samsungand how we had 3 different guys come 3 different times before we got a
working refrigerator nearly 3 months later, but that is a different review. So, I was finally able to stop going to the grocery store every 2-3 days.
Repair bill was $637.91. Cost of replacement doors $587.40.
Total: $1225.31.
I mailed the movers my receipts on March 12th.
I have pages listing the times I have called. Office manager kept saying she was trying to reach owner. Finally, on June 10, I am told owner is sending check. I never receive. Then office manager says she will personally get a money order and mail it on June 20. Still nothing.
Update: 7/10/2013, I drove to their office and received money orders for almost the total the owed me for reimbursement. No one bothered to come out an apologize to me in person for taking nearly 3 months to pay me. They just left an envelope with my name on it.

Was interested in using this company because I've heard good things about them. They have an online form for estimates, I received a confirmation email that said a customer support member would contact me, and no follow up. I sent an email and no reply. If they've got so much business they can't take on more, what a lovely problem to have, but they could at least contact folks and say they're unavailable.

Went okay. I think it was too expensive, but we we moved 60 miles away from our former home, so maybe that is the average rate for a long move.

I used Two Men and a Truck to move my mother’s
one bedroom apartment March 23rd and it was the worst move I have
ever experienced. I lost the majority of my day because of your people. So many
things went wrong so I’ll start at the beginning. The lady that took my info
input it wrong into your computer. She listed my contact number as 513-245-1900
this is the business number for Two Men and a Truck. She said I needed to put
down a $100 deposit and that the move shouldn’t cost over $250 total. I’ll tell
you later how important this was as I get further into this messed up move. She
asked me what would be my preferred time for the movers to arrive and I told
her noon and she agreed that was a good time. We waited and waited and there
wasn’t any sign of the movers. At 1:30 I called the Cheviot Road office and the
man taking my call said he was glad that I called because they didn’t have a
number to reach me. He explained to me that the movers were running late and he
asked for my cell number to give to them to call me. If I hadn’t called him
what would have happened we had already checked my Mom out of her place.

The movers called about 2:30 and arrived at 3. Keep in mind
this is a one bedroom studio apartment. They took over two hours to load up my
Moms furniture and another two hours to unload. I watched them closely and
asked them why was it taking so long and they said the elevators always cost
them time. I am the President CEO of Coolant Control a Cincinnati manufacturing
company with 163 employees. I am the VP of Development Dan Beard Boys Scout
serving 45K kids. I am a voting Director of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber
and the list goes on. I believe your people took advantage of my Mom and me
with their lack of work ethic. When I asked them were they finished because
they closed the truck rear door because there were items that we noticed
weren’t unloaded and together we all found that they hadn’t unloaded all my
Mom’s property. If these guys worked for me as slow as they were moving I world
have discharged them. The total for the $250 was $451. They were three hours
late and their excuse was that the truck wouldn’t start. My biggest custom is Honda
and if I don’t get them my customer what they need when they need it that’s a serious
problem. Not one minute before, during or after this move did I feel like the
customer. I will never use Two Men and a Truck and if any one asks me about
you I will rely my personal experiences. My sales order # is 0163-000016710
mover# 16710. Movers who care that’s a joke.

The two men that conducted my move were Cameron and Tim. They were
amazing and you can request to use them when you call and quot; Two Men and A
Truckand quot;. They were on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, well spoken,
efficient and very fast. There was a little confusion concerning the
cost of moving our piano, but Cameron called the office and worked out
an excellent compromise. That shows real initiative and I appreciate
that the office is flexible and listens to the guys in the field. I
would absolutely use “Two Men and A Truck” for any future moving needs
and highly, highly recommend them. I have been in an administrative
position for 30 years and I appreciate and recognize excellence and
Cameron and Tim are the BEST!!!! They care about the customer and take
real pride in their work.

They are punctual and they will even help you pack if you run into a problem. If you have something damaged they are easy to work with in getting it fixed. They are a good company and the guys are nice. You feel safe having them in your home. One of the reasons we use them is because of their price.

We didn't have any problems at all. They did a good job. I was real happy with them. I like their flexibility. I appreciated how they took care of my furniture. The price was very good in comparison to other people. They were fast, prompt, and detail-oriented. They had enough people on their crew. They took care of my furniture. They were just helpful in setting the furniture. They were very prompt.
