Described my house to Chris and what I was looking to do with my windows. Gave me basic estiamte on costs and had an installer he reccomended quote the installation. After meeting with the installer, gave Chris the accurate measurements. From the time I ordered the windows to the time they were ready to be installed was about a week. Windows are great quality.
