He did the repairs but it's kept leaking over the last 2 years. At one point he came out and put some tar over parts of the problem area but it didn't fix the issue. I've been calling him over the last two years to come out and fix the problem but he always has some kind of excuse as to why he can't come out. I feel like I was scammed.
