Tom Viox Construction

The work was top quality and it far exceeded my expectations. The work was performed in a very professional manner and the work crew arrived when they said they would and the worksite was kept clean. The price for all of the work was very reasonable and right on the estimate. I would highly recommend Tom Viox Construction to anyone and I will call on them again the next time I have a project. I might add that it took weeks to find someone who would even return my calls and longer to obtain an estimate. TVC promply returned my calls while on other jobs and provided an estimate when he said he would.

Tom and his son did an amazing job replacing an old deck and repairing siding and structural rot he found. This is the third major project he has done for us and he will be our only choice for future work.

The project went better than expected and took less time than orginally quoted. Tom and Son, Mike are very professional and very, very good at any home contruction (larger or small. I will not hesitate to use them again on ANY of my other household construction projects. Highly recommended!

We couldn't be happier with the work done by Tom.
The project ended up being more involved than we had anticipated (moving air ducts). But Tom was able to make it all work and now we can walk from the kitchen to the living room without going all the way around the house.
The extra stair he took out is barely noticeable. Unless you get down and look at it, it appears the stairs were never built any other way.
During the projects he always made sure to set up air vacuum (not sure what the technical term is) and sealed off the area with plastic so debris and dust did not get all over the house. He always cleaned up at the end of the day.
We also called him a week later to replace some crumbling dry wall at a different location in the house. Again we were very happy with the service provided at a reasonable price.

The pipes for one of the bathrooms runs just above the stage ceiling, Tom took the extra time to build and insulated box so the pipes wouldn't freeze. When they left for lunch and for the day they left the house cleaner then when they found it. Always showed up on time and worked a little late to get the job done.
