This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back. I purchased 4 Michelin Primacy MXV4 16 HR for my own car and had a great experience. Now one purchase could be just "lucky", but I've used them for my wife, son and daughters cars over the years and every single time I've had an intereaction with them, I've come away not just pleased... more like "delighted".
These foks (especially Roger at this particular store) run a professional shop with great products and services at a good price. Most importantly, "Service" is truely their top priority. Hat's off to you all! You have it exactly right!
