I've had a relationship with Hugh Tinker for three years when I ran an HOA.  He has done everything from install new trees, cut back brush, lawn maintenance and mulching, sprinkler system installation and maintenance for six years now.  Hugh always supplied quotes in advance detailing the job and values making sure you are happy.  Cheaper services are available but that doesn't mean you will find a better value.

Extremely pleased with the results; however, the company has a lot of problems honoring their time commitments. They were scheduled to start project on a specific date but didn't show or call. Did not start until we demanded the return of our deposit. After completion of the initial project, company was supposed to submit a schedule and contract for ongoing maintenance by the following week. They did not. When we called to remind them, they set an appointment to come out and start maintenance. That was three weeks ago and again they are a no-call no-show.
