The service department was excellent. They contacted me throughout the day to apprise me of the work being conducted on the car. The work was completed on time and the car was clean.

My car is still under warranty so it was covered under warranty. I would recommend them. They have always satisfied me and I am a hard person to satisfy when it comes to my car. I don't have any complaints. They provide me with a vehicle while they are doing the work if I request it. They get the work done when they say and I don't have to take it back to be done again, which is important. I get the same service tech and she is wonderful.

I think their service people tried hard to repair my car, but it took 4 tries to complete what I hope is a final fix. My advice is to buy a Lexus. I regret my decision to buy a GM product. I really thought that they had finally gotten things right. Boy was I wrong.
