WARNING!!! IF YOU ARE READING THIS, DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO BILL STRICKLEY!!! Bill Strickley (If that is his real name) is a scam artist - he owes us ~10k for work that was contracted and never done and supplies never delivered. This is not even including the damage done to our house (scratched up hardwood floors, etc). We had to fire him from the job because he kept asking for more money and nothing was getting done and he was actually doing more damage to our house because he didn't know how to install a bathroom. His own workers said he was trying to rip us off, so we got our project done with someone else and we are going after Bill Strickley for the money he stole from us! I promise will post this review wherever I see his name or company come up to warn other people about him. I TOTALLY have enough time on my hands to sustain this negative promotion. If he wants to be professional and refund our money I will take it down.

Never showed up after 3 set appointments. No calls or messages as to why....after my wife took 3 separate days off her work to be home....waiting. Did not respond to our calls and messages. We used Plumb Tree 4 years ago and were so pleased back then. We just wish he would show up on the day he said he was coming? We just don't understand?

Bill from Plumb Tree did not come when promised. He was too hung over from a bachelor party. Hours and hours after he was supposed to arrive, another guy showed up and did the job. He tried to get us to pay more $ than estimated. We didn’t. Would not call them again. Totally unprofessional.

it took two days to install. the drain leeks and bill said he will send someone 7-9-18 to fix it. then called back and said he would come him self on 7-10-18. never showed up or called. been calling him for two weeks and cant get a answer because his mail box is always full. drain is still leaking.

left cap off for 3 days , sewer went out in the garage.. Finally after repeated calls he came back and replaced the cap. Never cleaned up the mess.

Used services for a few years now, but now he's too big or has other jobs and get's to your if he has time.  Called for a commode change and didn't show on wed, didn't show on thus, and now didn't show on fri.  I'm done

Plumbtree Plumbing is unreliable and unprofessional! Never showed for appointment after leading me on all day.
I had an 8am appointment for Plumbtree to come and clear my main drain of tree roots. I called at 9am after no show for earlier appt and left a voice mail. At 10am I recevied a text from Plumbtree stating that my info didn't save to his schedule and he would come by later that day. He stated that they work late so anytime after I get off work would be fine.
I explained that I took off work due to my appt with them, and that I needed the drain cleared ASAP, as we could not flush toilets, shower, etc. I was told (all through text messages) that they would try to get to me earlier, hoping that the others jobs would be quick. I emphasized that the reason I went with them was due to the early appt that they gave me, and I could not go all day without water and toilets. After several text messages back and forth throughout the morning, at 1:15, I told them that we needed to leave for an Oncologist appt and would be back around 5pm if they could come by at that time. His response was "OK" so I assumed he would be there at 5pm. At 5:05pm, I contacted him to make sure he was on his way. At that time, he replied that it would be around 6:30, but he was still coming. That was the last that I heard from Plumbtree.
I tried both calling and texting SEVERAL times, but he refused to answer or return my calls.
By 8pm I was very angry and frustrated that he had led me on all day therefore I had not called another company. We were still unable to flush toilets or shower and at this point was packing to head to a hotel for the night.
Thanks to PLUMBTREE for costing me a day off work, a night in a hotel and causing my entire family a full day of misery while we waited for him to NEVER show up!

It went very well. They did everything they said they would and the price was what they quoted. I was very happy with their service.
