The service was really good. There is no mess, they did what they are supposed to do, they were very professional and they are a great company.

On all occasions they have been punctual, done the work as requested and cleaned up.  In the next year or two plan to use them again when the emerald ash borer kills all the ash trees.

They do the work for the City of Cincinnati.  They are the ones that cut the trees when they interfere with the phone and the electrical lines. 

We use them individually to take care of cleaning out some over growth and dead trees and things that were dying and interfering with our gutters and wires.  They did a real nice job.  They did exactly what we wanted them to do and they cleaned up after themselves.  They were very efficient and their pricing was fair.  We had several estimates done. 

They showed us their paper work up front for workman's comp and insurance and licensing. I told them about our neighbor next door who was very crabby about his yard and they made sure that they cleaned up everything so that our neighbor would not be affected by this tree work. 

We will continue to use this tree service again in the future.

Tepe Tree Service provided us with a free estimate (found out that some companies charge for an estimate) to cut and remove a large maple tree and grind up the stump that was in our back yard. We were sensitive to the place this tree was located because of our septic system in the area and the tree being at the neighbor's property line as well as near houses and shrubs. They were able to take the tree down, cut it up, grind the stump and remove all the wood and debris without causing any damage or running trucks over the septic system. When done, the yard, patio and neighbor's area were all left very clean. This is an excellent company to deal with and we have already discussed them coming back to take down a couple more trees in a few months.

Tree was cut down and left as agreed. Bush was not cut down.
