No work got done because the carpet cleaning "professional" and I use that term loosely, spent an hour of my time telling me why this or that couldn't be done. He wanted to clean only the parts of the carpet that could be seen without moving any furniture but wanted to charge me for cleaning the entire room. He said he wasn't allowed to move any furniture. I told him I had just had rods put in my back as he stood there and watched me struggle to move a bookcase to another room. He was absolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever seen in the service industry. As I was trying to move a bench by myself, a candle fell off and broke and I was getting really frustrated with him because he couldn't lift a finger to help me (the leg got caught in a grout line in the tile). He then announced that he wanted to leave and I told him that I thought that was a great idea

Technician did his magic and it looks like nothing ever happened. We were very thankful. So while he was there, I asked if he could do stairs--always so hard to keep and get clean. Beautiful job! Electronics company paid all but stairs.

It went well! The technician explained the process to include showing me how vacuum system worked, and how he would work from the main floor of the home to the basement. Before and after filter reviews by me were completed...an eye opener to see the amount of dust collected!

Not bad, but there is definitely a disconnect between the office and the person doing the work. Theere was an upcharge for difficult spots, the person was reluctant to move furniture even though he was supposed to do it.

Excellent. They sent an email confirmation the same day I scheduled the service with them. Their employee was on time and called with his ETA. Courteous and pleasant young man. Explained cleaning process and quoted us other services to be performed at a later date. The carpet looked great after it dried. Will use again.
