There is limited space between houses which makes reaching the top eaves difficult. Tim suggested repair on the chimney was badly needed. The top roof gutters would fill with neighbor's buckeye tree leaves so he suggested gutter guards. He gave me a fair price and promised to finish the work before May 1 when the new tenants moved in. All work completed plus a little extra to increase the curb appeal of the house. Very happy with the work. Vendors have difficulty working in clifton houses because of limited parking and the close proximity each house is to its neighbor. Tim worked out these issues and did a quality job. I will call him again if the need arises in the future.
