Sycamore Windows is the best deal for replacement windows. I got very nice windows that match the character of my 80-year old house, and the installation happened only a couple of weeks after I ordered them. There were some very minor problems after the windows were first installed, but Sycamore took care of the issues quickly with no cost to me.

IT WAS OK, BUT WE HAD A PROBLEM. THEY LEFT SOME SHINGLES ON THE ROOF LOOSE. WE HAD TO CALL THEM MANY TIMES. MY HUSBAND HAD TO FIX THEM. IT WAS FROM THE LADDER SO THEY COULD DO THE SIDES OF THE HOUSE.

THE WINDOWS LOOK GOOD AND THEY WORKED QUICKLY WHEN THEY FINALLY ARRIVED. BUT WE HAD TO DO ALL THE ''CHASING DOWN'' FROM DAY ONE, FIRST CALLING TO SEE IF THE MATERIALS WERE IN, THEN CALLING AGAIN TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION. THE JOB WAS POSTPONED 2 DAYS BECAUSE THEY HADN'T ARRIVED BY 2 HOURS PAST THE SCHEDULED TIME. THEY STILL HAVEN'T SENT US THE PAPERWORK THEY PROMISED FOR THE WARRANTY INFO, ETC. COMPANY DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE ORGANIZED MANAGEMENT. I WOULD GO WITH MORE EXPENSIVE ESTIMATE NEXT TIME--THIS ONE HAD CLEAN RECORD WITH BBB, BUT WASN'T ON ANGIE'S LIST!
