It went very nicely. He has the routine down pat. He did the job completely and did everything in the right order and was honest. Sadly, prices for things like condensor units are high, but as compared to other horror stories out there, this was a good deal and everyone I told about it said that sounded like it was a good deal. The only downside which was not his fault was that it was a hot week and AC units had been going down everywhere. His schedule was chock full but since my tenant hadn't fully moved in yet, this wasn't a big deal. He was able to get in on Thursday, beating me to the house early that morning to start work. Another pleasant surprise, he was done and we were gone within 2-3 hours. He doesn't need Angie's list to back him up. I'm confident in saying he leaves a trail of happy customers behind wherever he goes.

Purchased a new house that had a warranty through AHS. There are two central AC units that were not cooling properly. Contacted AHS and they forwarded the service request to Sycamore HVAC. Sycamore contacted me promptly and checked both units. One unit had a leak and the other needed a TXV part. The part had to be ordered. Sycamore repaired the leak and the part was installed within a week. The person that made the repairs was the owner of teh company and he was knowledgable, polite and prompt. I normally use another company for HVAC but will defiently consider Sycamore in teh future.

Our A/C was not working properly - the lines were freezing up and no cool air in the house. Called Sycamore Heating and he came out at the arranged date and fixed it in no time. I had also used Sycamore Htg. before when I was selling my home and needed to have something in writing for the buyers regarding the heat pump and thermostat. He came out right away, understood the complicated system (which other companies could never figure out) and put something in writing for me which really helped. I was very happy with the service both times Aaren came out and would recommend him. He is very courteous and knows his stuff.

I heard about the company from a friend and Aaron came out to do an estimate on the same day I called. He went through several options with me and explained everything in detail. On the day of the installation, he did the work himself and made sure everything was clean before he left. His estimate was lower than other estimates and I am happy with the quality of the work.
